Steps to reproduce:

View a Youtube video or any video

Actual results:

In original size, the video "mostly" plays fine
In full screen mode, ALL videos stops fast and a rotating arrow shows that the video is stopped and await more data to continue playing. This stopping lasts more than a minute and it happens often.

Expected results:

Like a week ago, the videos should play fine without stopping.

The bug began about a week ago. I have to use another browser to view videos cuz in Nightly, it isn't viewable for now...

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
