Consulted with client in jail; established rapport; Understood the severity of the charges yet also allowed for the mitigating circumstances. Recommended a bail bondsman. Arranged for a diagnosis session with an excellent forensic psychologist. Using the psychologist's report negotiated with the DA to drop some charges and ultimately to settle on lock-up in a mental health facility for several months rather than time in jail. He was always available to respond to text messages and phone calls throughout the process.

It was related to a driver license suspension and involved a rather complicated set of circumstances. **** was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
