Animagic is one of Germanies largest anime related events with plenty of guests of honor visiting. Here're some of my highlights with what people said and did:
Plenty of shops selling their figs and merch, real good shit.
Priority 1 was the Kobayashi's Maid Dragon Panel, with Masashi Nishikawa, and the VA's of Kanna and Tohru: Maria Naganawa and Yuuki Kuwahara, who admitted to loving german food! And that, if they had to choose one of the characters from the show to live with, or have as a friend, they'd apparently like to choose the other one's respectively! Masashi would like Ilulu, whose one of his favorite characters in the show anyway, and apparently was quite a hassle to deal with during production due to her "unique" body.
Next stop was Crunchyrolls NieR stand, the wall has been signed by producers and creator Yoko Taro (our god) himself! Gonna try and get a sign from him tmrw again, it's a luck based ticket system.
Then there was the made in Abyss panel, with Masayuki Kojima, a surprise visit by the producer whose name I forgor since I cant have it written in the booklet, character designer Yuka Koruda, and Kevin Penkin himself! An absolute down to earth aussie chad.
They've addmitted to "working on" a possible season 3.
A few other interesting things mentioned were the fact that only all main characters were actually made by Koruda, many of the shadows in S2, so to say almost the entire village minus main cast and Faputa, which is still around 100+ unique villagers, was apparently done over weeks of grind by another artist.
Additionally they are very glad that someones mother has gotten nightmares from MiA S2, so if you didnt like it because it was gory, they are very thankful since apparently their work was very succesful! And sometimes the producer and team have had a tendancy of making things a little too gory, and someone had to tone them down a bit.
I have a pic with Kevin, but I wont post myself, he's really cool tho! And likes beer, german beer! And he'd like to retire once he's made an OST for a truly magnificent "cultured" anime. As to whether he can already retire cuz he worked on MiA he only chuckled. Here's some cool Cosplay of best dad and team!
Lastly for me there was Yuki Kajiura's concert! With Fiction Junction, her solo project. An absolute BLAST and a magnificent experience!
Truly magnificent, I'm glad to be alive. Bags of air found in the same room she breathed in are available for purchase on my ebay. (this is a joke).
And she loves german Potatoes, and our snacks, understandable since she spent a part of her life in germany.

That's it for today! More info and stuff tmrw! hope someone loiks forward to it.
And here's a post of ASCA whose around as well, who loves german potatoes for some weird reason.

Hey Animanga Wiki community!
I'm sure you're aware of FANDOM's editorial site, Fandom.com and our coverage of gaming and entertainment news. One of the features of the site is that we curate news from other sites with the intention of providing a full picture of what's happening in the world of gaming and entertainment.
To that end, we're creating a new volunteer group at FANDOM called "Volunteer Curators". What we're looking for are subject matter experts that have deep knowledge of news and features about their favorite game, movie or TV show. If you spend a bunch of time on the anime subreddit or follow anime news obsessively, we want to talk to you!
We're looking for people like you to help us round out our anime coverage - everything from killer reddit posts to game news to awesome new wiki articles.
If you're interested, please fill out this brief survey with a couple links you think we should curate on Fandom.com, a couple sentences about why they're important to cover and a summary of what the article covers.
