Where do I start .... this hotel has a lovely entrance ...lovely staff ..but one whom was very rude when we attemptedto check in . ( a female named Cat ) Barry was fantastic Sadly this hotel is over priced for what it is. Bed had feet missing shower was filthy empty beer bottles in the hall ways filthy windows Our fire alarm went off and scared the hell out of us at 2.30 in the morning so disturbed sleep manager didn't even bother to come talk to us about our issues , she did offer a sea view upgrade if we ever booked again( which we wont) Had to wait after our booking time for our room to be cleaned , eventually getting a different room ....despite booking weeks ago . We were given a free drink for this but still would of been nice to be able to book in for the time we were supposed to. I feel this hotel is run by mostly lovely people but somewhere it has gone horribly wrong....plenty of other places with a higher standard for a better price on the sea front... also was offered a free breakfast which we declined due to the filth in the hotel we had already seen. I hope his hotel can inprove as it would be lovely if more organised and clean.

Not impressed with the loud music next room from 3pm to midnight, paying £300 for one night I expected the room to be more soundproof, also the lady at the desk said I could not park my bike at the front had to move it to the rear car park, but then later she said it was fine for other people to park there not impressed at all by being treated differently especially paying what I paid.
