Yes, you will need to select your packaging to proceed to checkout. Depending on availability and store location, you will have the option to select either: Recycled cardboard or No packaging.

Yes, the initial option selected will become the default for subsequent orders. If you wish to select different packaging for future orders, you may do so while placing a new order, prior to the final payment. However, you will not be able to change your packaging once the order has been processed.

Yes, the boxes are recyclable and made of 100% recycled cardboard.
Yes, you may select the "No packaging" option before checkout. When choosing this option, we recommend bringing your own bags or containers to facilitate the transfer process of your groceries. Please note that some products such as raw meat, fresh fish, and household products will be packed separately to ensure food safety.
Only boxes that have not entered the home can be returned to the delivery man. For sanitary reasons, soiled boxes cannot be returned.
