Right here, we've got some local fresh corn, a ton of dry farmed tomatoes. They're dry, farm tomatoes are amazing and they're so sweet from the longstanding tradition of organic farming that they do here. They have the perfect climate out here for not just tomatoes, but for dark, leafy greens, which is some of the healthiest vegetables you can put on your plate. You can't get any fresher and better than that. There's nothing like it. So we're gonna walk into Happy Boys Greenhouse. That's where they start all the seeds. And like all good things, it starts small. They grow everything right here on site. Then once they're ready, they deliver to food Smith. And that's exactly what we do.
