Hidden Breakable Wall Locations
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown contains many secrets and mysteries, and some of the biggest secrets can't be seen normally, unless you know where to look. Built into the very walls in different regions, you can find hidden breakable walls that look near identical to their surroundings, but promise rewards for finding these secret paths.
In order to discover these hidden breakable walls, you'll need to swing your sword or shoot at suspiciously blank areas, or sections of walls found above empty platforms. If the wall starts to glimmer with a white sheen, it means that you've found the secret, and a few more swings will reveal the path.
These Hidden Breakable Walls can found in many regions across Mount Qaf, and often contains rooms with Time Crystal Chunks. A few of them can even hold important collectibles like Lore Items or Spirited Sand Jars!
See the list below for all the known Hidden Breakable Walls in each region:
- Lower City Hidden Breakable Walls
- Hyrcanian Forest Hidden Breakable Walls
- Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Walls
- Sunken Harbor Hidden Breakable Walls
- Soma Tree Hidden Breakable Walls
- Pit of Eternal Sands Hidden Breakable Walls
- Hidden Village Hidden Breakable Walls
- Tower of Silence Hidden Breakable Walls
Lower City Hidden Breakable Walls
Lower City Hidden Breakable Wall 1
The first hidden breakable wall in the Lower City can be found early on, in the area just below the large broken statue you need to restore. To the left of the top spear-wielding enemy, you may find that if you attack near the left wall, it will glow white. Keep attacking it, and it will reveal a hidden path.
In here you’ll find spikes above, and a short drop to where a strange and very durable beast waits. It can spew fireballs, lunge with its claws, and quickly evade around you, making it a tough opponent.
Defeating it will let you loot several chunks of Time Crystals, and you can also jump up the platforms to the left to reach the top of the room with even more Time Crystal chunks guarded by a second beast. Back down on the left, you can pull a lever to open a shortcut back down to the very first Wak-Wak Tree.
Lower City Hidden Breakable Wall 2
For this second secret, you'll have to defeat Jahandar and gain the Rush of the Simurgh, letting you progress further into the Lower City towards the Upper Citadel. Once you reach a Wak-Wak Tree and fast travel statue, head below to find a room full of Cursed Soldiers.
As you drop down, look for a small hole to slide through on the left wall.
Here you’ll find a tiny crawlspace full of Time Crystal chunks, and if you strike the far left wall, you’ll find it can be destroyed.
This leads to a small challenge room requiring you to hop between poles in two spike-filled rooms to reach a Xerxes Coin, then dash back to the poles, wall-jump up and return safely to keep the coin.
Lower City Hidden Breakable Wall 3
This last hidden breakable wall can't be accessed until you have gained the Chakram Shadow of the Simurgh, at which point you can finally toss the Chakram through the sealed gate at the bottom left underground below the large water wheel room and Prophecy Room, to the left of where the first of Ardashir's Lost Warriors was found.
Head to the left and teleport through another gate, and drop down a pit to the lower level. Toss your Chakram down beneath a floor grate, and you can teleport to drop down into a room full of dead bodies.
The place may seem deserted (it won't be once we've found the other Lost Warriors), but you'll find that both the left and right walls are actually fake and can be destroyed with enough hits.
The small room to the right holds an Azure Damasucs Ingot, as well as a Collectible Lore item - The Lion and the Viper. The path to the left will take you back up to the shaft above.
Hyrcanian Forest Hidden Breakable Walls
Hyrcanian Forest Hidden Breakable Wall 1
The first hidden breakable wall you can find in the Hyrcanian Forest can be found just past the initial Wak-Wak Tree you come across. Drop down the hole from the Wak-Wak Tree, and then aim your blades at the left wall, and it will glow white when struck. You can keep hitting it to reveal a secret path.
The walls are lined with purple brambles making wall-jumping up impossible, but at the bottom of the pit you’ll find one of the Spirited Sand Jars that adds to the Prophecy of Mount Qaf Side Quest. Slide out the end, and you’ll be back on the main path.
Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Walls
Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Wall 1
Upon first entering the Sacred Archives, you'll find a large room with shifting staircases, and a Wak-Wak Tree at the top.
Head to the right of the Wak-Wak Tree to find another Mad Alchemist who also warns you of the Jailer, but look past him and you may spot a piece of wall that looks a bit lighter near the bottom. Attack it to reveal a Hidden Breakable Wall, and go through to find a small alcove full of Time Crystal chunks to break apart.
Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Wall 2
Located in the Tower of Knowledge portion of the Sacred Archives, you'll need the Shadow of the Simurgh power to reach it. Head into this region and pass through the first set of red circle block traps to face your first floating Magi enemy.
Once you defeat the Magi in this room, head left to find a peculiar pit of spikes and a blank wall. If you dash across to this wall, attack the middle and you’ll find a hidden breakable wall here. As soon as you break it open and hop inside, you’ll need to dash and wall-jump up and then right to escape a series of red circle blocks that threaten to crush you.
Race to the end, and you’ll find a Treasure Chest with Time Crystals waiting for you.
Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Wall 3
For the next secret breakable wall, you'll need to advance through the Tower of Knowledge until you encounter your second Singing Sage (the one who turns the room yellow and buffs all other enemies in the room). You'll need to travel upwards through a room with two Mad Alchemists, climb two dimensional platforms using a bell, and slide around to reach the Singing Sage in a chamber to the side.
Once the Singing Sage is gone, use the wooden floor to drop through where the two Mad Alchemists are, and climb back up to the floor above where the Sage was. There’s a small platform off to the left, and a stretch of blank wall above some spikes. Dash over to strike at the wall to reveal a hidden breakable wall.
Like the other one, this leads to a narrow corridor of red circle blocks, and down to a large square room filled with the red circle blocks — and a Xerxes Coin in the bottom right. Don’t panic, and drop down the right side, then jump up the left wall and dash across back right to return the way you came, and you’ll claim the coin after leaving.
Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Wall 4
For this secret area, you'll need to get the Clairvoyant Time Power from the Tower of Knowledge, and then return to the Sacred Archives proper. Head left from the Wak-Wak Tree leading to the Upper City at the bottom of the lift room, then travel down and to the right in the next room to reach a large dimensional platform bridge that you need to dash between temporary wall platforms to reach the east side.
Once you dash left and trigger the two walls to wall-jump up between them to reach a higher ledge with a doorway to the right, and move dimensional walls above. Wall-jump off the right wall and keep dashing left as you swap dimensions to reach a lone platform at the top left corner. It seems empty, but you can attack the wall here to find a hidden breakable wall with Time Crystals inside.
Sacred Archives Hidden Breakable Wall 5
This area can be found as a shortcut down from the Upper City East into the Sacred Archives, meaning you can only access it once you have the Gravity Wing upgrade.
Slide down the left wall until you reach the second alcove on the left, and attack the wall to reveal a hidden breakable wall.
Inside, you'll find some debris you can destroy to spot a hidden Lore Collectible - The Legend of the Snake, the Bird, and the Sands
Sunken Harbor Hidden Breakable Walls
Sunken Harbor Hidden Breakable Wall 1
There are several hidden areas in the Sunken Harbor, and the first is actually a two-part secret. You can find it in the room with the large anchor over a well. Throw your Chakram at it to destroy the well entrance and drop into the pit below.
When you start gathering the Time Crystal Chunks, you’ll have to collect one on the top left by wall-jumping — but note the darkened patch of wall on the upper left side.
Attack it to reveal a breakable wall, and then pass through to a hidden area, where you’ll find a Collectible Lore item - a Tarnished Coin.
Don’t be fooled, this isn’t the end of the secrets of this area! Just to the left of the collectible coin, you can attack the left wall to find another breakable wall!
However, note the arrow holes above the chest here, they’ll fire at you when you open, so create a shadow to warp to or suffer some damage, and you can open it for real afterwards to get a Treasure Chest full of Time Crystals.
Sunken Harbor Hidden Breakable Wall 2
The second area with hidden breakable walls can be found to the east of the room with the anchor and well, in a tall vertical room full of hanging bones that trigger traps, and Pirates lurking under debris.
Head up to the top of this room, where a Pirate will try to ambush you. Once the Pirate is defeated, carefully make your way left to note some hanging bones and skulls on the left wall, and a small platform above them. Use the hanging spiked log to jump across the gap and dash to the left wall, and strike the wall above the hanging bones to reveal a breakable wall.
Inside, you’ll find another trapped Treasure Chest — so create a shadow to warp back to when you first try to open it, then open it for real to get a new Amulet, the Verethragna’s Wrath.
Sunken Harbor Hidden Breakable Wall 3
This hidden breakable wall can be found when you reach the second lift room, and head right to find a room full of moving spiked logs on chains. Once you reach the far right side, there's a path down to a shortcut, and an alcove against the right wall going up.
Climb back up and dash right to climb one last alcove in the far right leading up to a massive trove of Time Crystal Chunks.
While you’re here, attack the bottom left wall, and you can find a breakable wall here leading to another corridor with spiked logs.
Use the crawl spaces above and below (and kill any crabs that get in your way) to reach the end where you’ll find a Treasure Chest with a new Amulet - the White Peacock.
Sunken Harbor Hidden Breakable Wall 4
This secret can only be found in the eastern edge of the Sunken Harbor, which will require the Gravity Wings to encounter. Luckily, you can undertake the Treasure of the Seven Seas quest to get this spot marked on your map!
In this area past the glowing cracked wall, there's a Spiked Shield Pirate sitting on a large spike ceiling that will drop down when the pressure plate in the middle of the room is tripped. The far left wall however hides a secret marked by the Captain's parrot, and you can hit it to reveal a Hidden Breakable Wall.
Drop down the pit beyond, and you'll find a Treasure Chest with an Azure Damascus Ingot.
Soma Tree Hidden Breakable Walls
Soma Tree Hidden Breakable Wall 1
The first secret breakable wall you can find in the Soma Tree can be found very early on when you start exploring it from the Sunken Harbor's eastern entrance. As you start climbing up the many vine and bramble cliffs, you'll come to a clearing with a Hyrcanian Warrior guarding a lore collectible against the left wall in a circle of leaves.
Just beyond the collectible in this room, search the stone wall to the left, and strike it to reveal a hidden breakable wall.
There’s not much inside, but you can find a few Time Crystal Chunks on the bottom floor guarded by numerous spiked beetles.
Soma Tree Hidden Breakable Wall 2
A second secret wall that can be destroyed in the Soma Tree area is just outside the Forest Queen boss arena. From the Bramble Tower fast travel statue, head directly upwards up a vine-covered cliff and into a ruin with collectible lore item at the top of the room.
As you drop down from getting the collectible, strike at the bottom left wall here to reveal a hidden breakable wall you can bust down. Carefully slash away the many spiked beetles as you make your way clockwise around the secret rectangular room to find several Time Crystal chunks.
Soma Tree Hidden Breakable Wall 3
Another secret breakable wall you can encounter is found after you defeat the Forest Queen and gain the Dimensional Claw ability. Heading west from her lair, you can find aa ruined area with a Homa Tree Statue, and a path leading down back to the Hyrcanian Forest's Wak-Wak Tree.
After breaking the barricade on the bottom floor with the Cursed Soldier, look to the far right wall, and strike it to find a hidden breakable wall. Unfortunately, you’ll be met with a small floor gate down on the right, and another gate with a Cursed Archer behind it that cannot be traversed without the Chakram Shadow of the Simurgh upgrade found at the end of The Celestial Guardians - Guardian of the West (Upper City Day).
Once you have it, you'll be able to teleport across and find a Spirited-Sand Jar.
Pit of Eternal Sands Hidden Breakable Walls
Pit of Eternal Sands Hidden Breakable Wall 1
Once you are able to descend into the Pit of Eternal Sands during The Darkest Soul quest, make your way down to the large open ruins area below the room you first drop onto, and you'll find a pit leading down towards a Wak-Wak Tree.
Following the golden trail of a Wak-Wak Tree, stop just before you drop down through a wooden platform into the room below. Check the stone wall to the left and attack it to reveal a hidden breakable wall.
Inside, you'll find another lore stele to read about Azhdaha and its battle across time with the Simurgh, and if you break the pots away on the ledge above, you'll find a hidden Spirited-Sand Jar stashed away here.
Pit of Eternal Sands Hidden Breakable Wall 2
After you reach the sealed entrance to the pit containing the Darkest of Souls in the Pit of Eternal Sands, you'll need to destroy two seals to reach Azhdaha. Taking the western path will lead through a series of rooms filled with giant tunneling centipedes you'll need to avoid.
Make your way into the second large room with centipedes and head to the far left of the room to find a series of sand pillars going up, and another sand pillar against the left wall leading to a dead end, but there's a stone wall section to the left. Hit it to reveal a hidden breakable wall, and dash inside.
Here you'll find a secret chamber with a Spirited Sand Jar to add to your Prophecy of Mount Qaf collection, but beware of a pressure plate just in front of it that triggers a massive stone snake to crash into you from above!
Hidden Village Hidden Breakable Walls
Hidden Village Hidden Breakable Wall 1
This particular hidden wall is found in the tiny region located to the east of the Soma Tree, which will require the Fabric of Time Power to reach, and you'll need to make your way all the way east to the large Lighthouse.
Before starting the climb up through the Lighthouse, look for a wooden platform you can drop down into a barren underground room, and check the left wall.
Strike it to reveal a Hidden Breakable Wall, and enter to find an Azure Damascus Ingot.
Tower of Silence Hidden Breakable Walls
Tower of Silence Hidden Breakable Wall 1
A very simple hidden breakable wall that holds no treasure, but instead a shortcut that you can find early on in your exploration.
At the top of the bridge where you fought the Quilled Monsters below, look to the left for a blank wall, and strike it to reveal a Hidden Breakable Wall. On the other side, you'll find a drawbridge to lower providing an easy shortcut back to the Wak-Wak Tree.
Tower of Silence Hidden Breakable Wall 2
This second hidden wall can be found early in the exploration of the Tower of Silence, located just past a room full of trapped platforms and a Xerxes Coin high up in the top right corner.
After claiming the Xerxes Coin, you can drop down a large stone section, where a bottom alcove has some pots along the left wall. Strike the wall here to reveal a Hidden Breakable Wall, and on the other side you'll find an ice cave lined with spikes all around.
Space out your initial jump and then dash across the upper area, falling down the left side to reach a Xerxes Coin, and double jump at the last second. With that remaining air time, grapple onto the hand-hold by the doorway with your Fabric of Time to return safely with the coin.
Tower of Silence Hidden Breakable Wall 3
This breakable wall is found further up into the Tower of Silence, once you reach a large room full of falling boulders, and a series of platforms you can yank down with the Fabric of Time along the eastern side of the room.
Look at the bottom of the area you can yank the moving block down to see a small gap in the left wall, and quickly drop down to slide left after pulling the block.
On the other side, attack the left wall to find a hidden breakable wall. In this next room, head upwards and use your Shadow of the Simurgh to teleport behind a series of moving blocks you can pull down.
Once you are able to slide left, wall jump up the next alcove without falling and teleport once more to reach the top area to the left, where you'll find a Treasure Chest with Time Crystals inside.
Tower of Silence Hidden Breakable Wall 4
You can find this next hidden breakable wall in a large open area above where you can find Fariba selling maps, on your way up towards the 3 Gongs that unlocks the path to King Darius.
When grappling across the floating rings, fling yourself all the way to the right and upwards to spot a small stone block section among the ice walls.
Attacking it reveals a hidden breakable wall, and inside you'll find a room with a Treasure Chest full of Time Crystals.
