Product Description

The story of Cal Kestis continues in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a third person galaxy-spanning action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. This narratively-driven, single player title picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and follows Cal’s increasingly desperate fight as the galaxy descends further into darkness. Pushed to the edges of the galaxy by the Empire, Cal will find himself surrounded by threats new and familiar. As one of the last surviving Jedi Knights, Cal is driven to make a stand during the galaxy’s darkest times - but how far is he willing to go to protect himself, his crew, and the legacy of the Jedi Order? To survive, players will build upon Cal’s training with an expanded list of iconic Force abilities, combat stances, and lightsaber customizations that can be combined in new and different ways to fight as a Jedi. While the Force is a powerful ally, it may not be enough. Cal will have to get creative and master new abilities, tactics and even leverage the environment around him to overcome the obstacles ahead.

Yeah I said it. This is the best, most deep cut, most world building filled piece of starwars content since empire strikes back. Stuff from Rebels and the Clone Wars are tied in here. You get Old Republic content, Clone Wars Content, and Empire era content. This is maybe the best game of 2023, and in my opinion the best StarWars game ever made.Positives- Combat rocks you get to pick what kind of lightsaber set up you have, build your own custom saber(s). Want a purple saber? No problem? White? Np. Orange? np! You can dual wield, yse a blaster and saber at the same time, go double sided like Maul, use your standard one handed, or have a big claymore like Kylo Ren.- Maps: amazing new starwars locations- Story: just play it… prepare to cry. So many amazing twists and turns… (about 20 hours long btw)- traversal rocks- graphics are incredible. Runs at a stable 60fps now.- lots of content and collectibles. You can sink a lot of time into this game.This game is amazing!

The smooth controls and excellent running and jumping of a great Tomb Raider game mixed with the fighting excellent of a Batman game! Huge open world levels and some seriously cool game mechanics. As my title suggests, I adore this game. It rides the line between AAA game and extremely game-y controls/gameplay beautifully. However it pretty much has to be played on Quality Mode in order for it to be playable. Performance mode is a vaseline smeared mess. Even then, you'll deal with a consistent framerate stuttering issue and texture pop in that is really jarring (the game CANNOT handle bodies of water on screen. It goes down to 10-15 fps in these sections). Worse yet, I had the entire bounty hunting series of side quests bugged in a way that made it impossible to even experience. It is lucky that it has so much going for it. Otherwise, this would be a bigger issues. Took me 50 hours to complete and, once they patch it, I will go back to experience the entire bounty hunting system which I simply cannot access. I thought the story had real consequences and a nice mixture of melancholic heart as well as a good amount of darker elements. Combat needs some polish as it can be fairly cheap due to overly aggressive enemies paired with inconsistent hit/parry detection. Buyer beware. This game needs at least another month or two of work and even then I don't know if they will ever really get it to the level of polish it deserves. A beautiful mess.
