The Problem at Hand

NYCFC needed a partner to deliver branding, merchandise and websites to their Earth Day, 24 Hour Game, and Pride events.

Earth Day: NYCFC partnered with Parley where NYCFC players would be wearing uniforms made from recycled ocean waste. Yellow Lion built out their website to submit “Earth Day” inspired art and photography. YL also participated in the messaging for the uniforms.

The 24 Hour Game is held in Rockefeller Center where the 5 boroughs compete by signing up in 1 hour long games over a span of 24 hours.

Yellow Lion aided in the branding of the 24 Hour Game followed by the design and development of the website where fans were able to book their slots to play. Within 32 minutes of announcement of the site all slots were booked making the 24 Hour Game of 2019 its most successful to date.

We celebrated with the NYCFC for LGBTQIA+ Pride.

Working with the NYCFC on its first annual pride event was an honor. We helped create an event at LGBT sports bar Boxers, where fans of all kinds could watch and celebrate the NYCFC on game day.

A mission close to home.

For the first annual pride event Yellow Lion created merchandise and a website where the hashtag #WEAREONE streamed. It also gave background information to the pride event and its partners which included Wix and the Hetrick-Martin Institute.
