I got the eucalyptus pillow case in charcoal gray. It is SO SOFT and shiny. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is, it’s kind of baggy. It doesn’t fit the pillow the way the original pillow does so it doesn’t give that Yana clean look that I loved.
I’m really enjoying this pillow. I struggled in the beginning to get comfortable with it in bed, but I turned it so that the opening is at the top and the u-part is at the bottom. I found this to be much more comfortable for me as I can use my regular pillow and it’s better for rolling over from side to side. That has been a game-changer for me and I sleep very well now.
Bought a second one after two years. The first pillow was used daily and there is barely a difference between the two, both show the same comfort! What a great product!
I had to follow up multiple times to get an answer as to why it hadn't shipped yet, only to be told that it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. They should have made that information readily available on the site instead of making me hunt for it.
Pretty floppy and uncomfortable. Does not hold its shape. Top uncomfortable for neck to lay head on. I wish I would bit have spent the night on this. High price tag. Pillowcase ordered from site doesn't fit it properly and sags off it.
After having my pillow for several months, I removed the cover to find that the fabric on the pillow was fraying and the contents of the pillow had spilled into the cover. After I removed the cover, the pillow completely fell apart and had to be thrown away- that is after I cleaned the mess it has made. When I contacted the company I was told that I should have contacted them within 45 days of receiving the defective item- as if it’s my fault their product fell apart. Terrible experience all the way around. If this could be a zero star it would be!
I reached out before purchasing to see if there was polyester in the pillowcase as I find polyester irritating. I was told “no.” I purchased it and when I went to wash the pillowcase I saw that the tag indicates there is indeed polyester! I reached out to see if I could get a new pillowcase without polyester. They refused and took NO responsibility for their error/misinformation. This company clearly does not care about being honest or about their customers. So disappointed!!!
I really like this pillow! I researched a lot before deciding which pillow to purchase. I went with Yana because of the cooling effect. And I believe it does deliver on that. I sleep very hot and this pillow doesn't seem to add any heat. It may even work to keep me cooler! I also like the firmness/softness. I think it is very moldable to any position I need. I'm happy with my purchase!
I have been looking for a body pillow and stumbled across an ad for the Yana pillow and boy oh boy am I happy I followed through. The pillow is just amazing! There is support whoever you turn, be it laying on your back and applying support to your neck and legs or turning over on one side and knowing there is a pillow there providing comfort and support for your legs. You will not regret making this purchase. Every night I go to bed and lay in my Yana pillow, I feel as if I’m in the clouds. Best purchase ever!
I loved the pillow but am very disappointed that it is already broken. I have not even had it 60 days. If the company stood by the quality of the pillow, the guarantee would be longer than 45 days.
I found the pillow to bulky to sleep and makes sleeping very uncomfortable as a consequence I have discontinued using it. It’s a chore to have to remove it every morning and place it back in every night.
Without a doubt the best body pillow I have ever tried. It’s cooling and helps tremendously with my sleeping and neuropathy in my legs. I highly recommend the Yana body pillow if you’re in the market for one. Thanks Yana
The pillow is not worth it, near the zipper makes the pillow uncomfortable, is not as soft as advertised. Neither the material or inside fluff is as soft as you’d expect for the cost.
For the money I paid I expected a quality pillow. Zipper broke after a few months and now I have to spend an extra $50 for a new pillow case that's only going to last about 4 months.
The Yana Sleep Heart Embrace Pillow is decent, but it's not perfect. It provides adequate support, but I expected a bit more for the price.
I got this pillow in the hopes it would help with back pain. I had been using multiple pillows to create the same effect but it just wasn’t working. This pillow is amazing for the support it’s gives around the body however I haven’t found a way to use it along with having my head on a cervical pillow. So my issue it it’s great for the body support, but it’s lacking proper neck/head support. If you’re not picky about what pillow goes under your head this is ideal.
I have no regrets whatsoever with my purchase. I got the ivory U-shaped pillow and it is so soft and velvety and The Filling is a very high-quality. There’s no lumpy spots and it’s very easy to get out of your bed because I just push the right side out a little bit and it lets me get out 11 out of 10 recommend this product!
The Yana 360 Body Pillow is not bad, but it's not great either. It's comfortable enough, but I've had better pillows for the same price.
The Yana Sleep Side Sleeper Dream Pillow could be softer. It's comfortable, but it's a bit too firm for my liking.
The side sleeper pillow could be better. It's comfortable, but it doesn't provide enough support for side sleeping

I am enjoying being enveloped in my body pillow. It's so useful when I want to rest in my bed and use by electronic devices. Love it when I am taking a nap.
