We'll never use cardboard again after taking a chance on these. They deliver all the boxes to your house and pick them up when you're done. The boxes are all the same size, can be stacked, and don't collapse (like cardboard would) even when the whole stack is full of heavy books. There's no tape or really excessive packing material needed. If you have a small house consider ordering extra wheels so you can easily push the stacks out of your way as you pack/move around. Definitely do not order for less than two weeks--a one week turnaround time is far too stressful. They were always available via text; highly recommend.

I should pay for a box that is damaged. It is obviously happen to some of the clients because the wear and tear of this boxes naturally come to this. So they find a way to let you pay for their boxes twice.

Forget about cardboard!!

I swear BungoBox saved me money vs going out and buying boxes, but its the service that really makes this worth it.

Why go out and buy boxes, drag them home, assemble, tape, break down, and throw them away? Let these guys handle that

They bring the bins to your home and pick up at the spot days later. These boxes stack better than cardboard and protect your stuff better too. My movers were very happy to see these

I will never move with cardboard boxes again

They communicate almost exclusively via text. This may bother some, but I was very happy with this. Moving week is very busy and a bit chaotic, I don't have time for phone calls or email. I was more than happy to work through text

Simple and obvious idea that's reasonably priced and well executed = 5 stars. I had clear and timely communications from customer service, different offerings were laid out clearly on the website, and pricing was relatively inexpensive compared to buying cardboard boxes. I have recommended BungoBox to all my friends who are moving, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who wants a less-stressful moving experience.

I've used Bungo Box for two moves and they are excellent. The online portal makes it easy to book the boxes and the Bungo Box staff are very communicative, reaching out in advance to confirm the timing of delivery and pickup. The boxes come with labels and are a good size for packing. The wheels also make it easy to move them around. During my last move, I unexpectedly had to delay my move after I had already received the boxes and had packed up many of my belongings. Bungo Box was super flexible with me to extend the box rental even though I didn't know exactly how long I'd need to keep the boxes. Lastly, Bungo Box staff were good about following COVID-19 safety protocols. I will continue to use Bungo Box for all my moves.

Loved using these boxes for my move. Good volume for packing, they were easy to stack and transport, and all in good condition. I was worried about covid precautions but they assured me that they were cleaning boxes well and keeping them in the warehouse longer between rentals. Some boxes had a white residue inside that I hope was dried cleaning product.

Delivery was easy and the staff members were all friendly. My pickup day needed to change bc of a truck malfunction, but they worked with my schedule.

I would definitely use Bungo Boxes again (but hopefully I won't be moving again!).

I would recommend for anyone moving to invest in using BungoBoxes. They were flexible with delivery and pick up and actually delivered early allowing us to pack earlier than expected. The boxes made me feel confident in having movers handle our items and made their time/cost more efficient.

Kenneth picked up the boxes and was so kind and appreciative of my business. I also loved knowing I was reducing the environmental impact of my move by reducing paper and tape use!

Made our move 100x easier. I was able to choose 'texting' as my preferred communication method, which made it much easier to coordinate with their people in between meetings at work. They offered to drop off the boxes two days early at no additional charge, giving me a ton of extra time to pack over the weekend without feeling stressed. And they were able to accommodate my weird work schedule and picked up the boxes in a short window. Highly recommended.

Cool idea in theory but they need some serious management help. I moved a business trip around to be home for the box drop-off only for them to text me (texting is big with them) that they were closed the Saturday I requested and that they could only drop-off the next day (also a Saturday but a week early).

Okay, I guess? But also, if you were closed the Saturday I requested then why was it on your calendar as a drop-off date? They weren't even flexible with the time window, so I changed plans and then they were hours late.

On the pick-up end they also told me they couldn't pick up the day I requested (Saturday) and would have to pick up Monday instead. They were able to come between 6-9am on Monday or it would've been a bigger issue.

I now can't imagine moving without​ Bungo Box. They have the best rates and the service is awesome​​!
