The StubHub app has been updated to include mobile ticketing that allows you to download and display the ticket to an event directly from your mobile phone. It can now be scanned to permit access just like paper tickets and is currently available for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone devices.

How can I send a ticket on StubHub to someone?

There are two ways to send StubHub tickets to someone. The first one is via email where you have to enter the recipient or buyer’s first name, last name, and email address. These details can be found in the “Sale info” section of the sold ticket email verification sent to you. Otherwise, you can transfer via the ticket claim link. Just copy the ticket claim link and send it to your recipient.

If you want to sell mobile tickets on StubHub, go to your original ticket provider account and select the tickets you sold from ticketing sites such as Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster, Seat Geek, Hot Tub, TicketNetwork, TicketCity, or Ticket Liquidator, and then transfer the tickets. You can transfer them either by email or claim link. There are no available coupons that you can apply when you sell tickets.

Can I return tickets to StubHub?

StubHub's return policy is strict. All sales are final. Any order placed at StubHub cannot be changed or canceled once the sale has been completed. You will not be able to get any refund on completed purchases. The only way to get a refund is if the event has been canceled. In cases when the event is canceled, StubHub will issue a full refund. If the event has been postponed, StubHub will then issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. If the ticket you have bought from StubHub is invalid for some reason, StubHub will help you find replacement tickets or give you a full refund.

StubHub ticket prices go down when it gets closer to the event. As the event date gets closer, StubHub may lower prices, but there is no need to wait for that since you can score tickets for a lower price by using a StubHub coupon code.
