Walmart+ InHome is an enhanced delivery service with trusted, specialized Walmart Associates handling every step of your order. You can receive InHome deliveries in your kitchen, garage or on your doorstep. InHome delivery is ultra-convenient & extremely secure.

InHome delivery is available 7 days a week, with deliveries from 9am–1pm & 2pm–6pm. To place an order, shop Walmart.com for items eligible for store delivery & make sure you’ve chosen the InHome option for your timeslot at checkout. (It’s usually the top listed choice.)

Please note: If you select a 1-hour timeslot at checkout (under “Delivery from store”), your order will not be handled by InHome. Instead, you’ll be choosing tipped delivery from a Walmart partner who may not know your delivery preferences & where to place orders.

Once you install & link your new smart device, you’re all set to start receiving secure inside delivery!

Here’s what to expect:
● Your order will arrive during the 4-hour window you selected at checkout.
● You’ll receive a notification when our Associate is on the way to your home & at your door.
● Once our Associate arrives, they’ll receive a one-time access to unlock your door or open your garage, then they’ll start recording.
● They’ll deliver to your preferred location (garage or kitchen) & place perishable/cold items into either your fridge or zippered bags.
● After putting your items away, they’ll sanitize any surfaces they touch, then lock your door or close your garage to leave.
● After your delivery is complete, you’ll get a notification when the recording of your delivery is available. It usually takes less than 30 minutes & is viewable for up to 7 days in the Walmart app after delivery is complete.
