After your free Connected Car Wi-Fi trial you'll be able to sign up from your device the next time you try to connect. You'll also receive a trial expiration email with the chance to subscribe to continue Connected Car Wi-Fi service.

You can also buy eligible Connected Car Wi-Fi subscriptions through the Connected Vehicle app.

If you don't have a Verizon mobile account and you have a compatible vehicle, you can sign up for a Prepaid Connected Car Wi-Fi plan. You can also buy eligible Connected Car Wi-Fi subscriptions through the Connected Vehicle app.

No. You can't transfer a Connected Car Wi-Fi line to another vehicle.

You have to cancel your existing Connected Car Wi-Fi line of service and create a new one. To complete this process, click the Chat with us button at the bottom right corner of this page to contact one of our representatives.

Once you've added Connected Car Wi-Fi to your Verizon account, or created a new Verizon account with Connected Car Wi-Fi, connect a device to the Wi-Fi hotspot in your vehicle and check your internet connection.

The Connected Car free trial is available for eligible Bentley vehicles and lasts until you use up 1 GB of data or after 30 days, whichever comes first.

For eligible Bentley vehicles you can begin the trial the first time you connect to the Connected Car Wi-Fi in your vehicle.

During the trial you'll receive alerts when you have 50% and 0% of your trial data remaining.

Once you have 0% of your data remaining or your trial period has ended, we'll send you an email letting you know the trial has expired and asking you to subscribe for continued service.

You can subscribe through your mobile device connected to your Bentley vehicle, or follow the link in the email to subscribe via verizon.com.

Once you've used up your free trial data or reached the day limit you'll receive a trial expiration email with the chance to subscribe to continue Connected Car Wi-Fi service.

Sign up for unlimited connectivity powered by Verizon for your BMW through the My BMW app.

If not already done, download the My BMW app. Sign in, click the Profile icon, scroll to 3rd Party Services and select Personal eSIM. Then follow the prompts to sign up.

Easily switch between cars with Multi-Vehicle Connect: Access your data from up to 3 BMWs paired with your plan. Your plan is enabled when you log in to qualifying vehicles. You may be able to synchronize your BMW ID with your Personal eSIM in certain vehicles.

Your car is your phone with Number Share - Vehicle. Pair your BMW to your phone and your vehicle can receive and make voice calls on Verizon’s nationwide network without requiring your phone.

You can check and configure Hotspot settings and add devices using the Personal Hotspot app in the All Apps menu of the vehicle. You can then confirm the network name, set a password, and enable/disable the network. You can also refer to BMW’s Get Started Guide (PDF*) for instructions.

The customer can initiate profile deletion in the vehicle, or also delete their eSIM profile from the vehicle using the My BMW app.

The Connected Car free trial is available for eligible Genesis vehicles. The free trial lasts until you use 3 GB of data or after 3 months, whichever comes first.

A Genesis Connected Services subscription is required.

Here’s how the Connected Car Wi-Fi free trial works:

1. Eligible Genesis vehicles get an automatic email invitation for the Wi-Fi Hotspot trial.
2. Use the link in the email to follow the prompts and enroll in the trial.
3. Your free Wi-Fi Hotspot trial is automatically enabled after approximately 24 hours.
4. During the trial you receive alerts when you have 50% and 10% of your trial data remaining. When you have 0% trial data remaining or your 3-month trial period has ended, we send an email letting you know the trial has expired and invite and ask you to subscribe for continued service.
5. You can then subscribe to Connected Car Wi-Fi through your mobile device connected to your Genesis vehicle, or follow the link in the email to subscribe via verizon.com.

• Lexus: 4 GB of data or 12 months
• Toyota: 2 GB of data or 6 months

For eligible Lexus and Toyota vehicles you'll be given the chance to opt in to the free trial the first time you connect to the Connected Car Wi-Fi in your vehicle.

During the trial you'll receive alerts when you have 50%, 25%, 10% and 0% of your trial data remaining.

Once you have 0% of your data remaining, you'll receive an email letting you know that the trial has expired and asking you to subscribe for continued service.

Once you've used up your free trial data or reached the trial month limit you'll receive a trial expiration email with the chance to subscribe to continue Connected Car Wi-Fi service.

The connected car free trial is available on the Mazda CX-30 (2020 model) with Mazda Connect and lasts until you use up your 2 GB of free data or after 6 months, whichever comes first.

For eligible Mazda vehicles you'll be given the chance to opt in to the free trial the first time you connect to Connected Car Wi-Fi in your vehicle.

During the trial you'll receive alerts when you have 50%, 25%, 10% and 0% of your trial data remaining.

Once you have 0% of your data remaining, you'll receive an email stating that the trial has expired and asking you to subscribe for continued service.

Once you've used up your free trial data or reached the trial month limit you'll receive a trial expiration email with the chance to subscribe to continue Connected Car Wi-Fi service.

There are many ways to subscribe:

• Launch your Connected Car Wi-Fi in vehicle and sign up on your phone through the Verizon portal
• Call us at 877-628-8933 to get set up

You can find the IMEI for Connected Car Wi-Fi within the Verizon marketing emails and clicking on the link to subscribe, entering your last name and zip code should display the IMEI along with a number to call.

The Connected Car free trial is available for eligible VW vehicles and lasts until you use up 1 GB of data or after 30 days, whichever comes first.

For VW vehicles with embedded Connected Car Wi-Fi, the trial begins when you enroll with VW in the VW Car-Net Trial, which includes Wi-Fi.

During the trial you'll receive an alert from Verizon when you have used 50% of your trial data.

Once you have used up all your remaining data, you'll receive an email letting you know that the trial has expired and asking you to subscribe for continued service.

Once you've used up your free trial data or reached the trial month limit you'll get a trial expiration email from Verizon with the chance to continue your Connected Car Wi-Fi service.
