Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

We use it for its purpose, it finds exactly what I need to find for prospecting. It monitors search engines and sends me leading indicators on customers who have a higher propensity to buy. The dashboard is 100% relevant to what I want to see about my prospects and clientele. I’m a national guy, so being able to understand an org and research by persona is key. My searches and saved searches are ready to roll when I need a new batch for myself or an SDR. White space analysis is easy-we, but still not perfect when mapping locations by individual. One recommendation I’d make would be to accurately map out an org with sites across a country. It can get tricky and data gets hairy when you start to see duplication outside and beyond a corporate office. All in all, I fully utilize this and would recommend to anyone in a full time hunter, or support of a hunter team role.

The propensity to engage “fire icons” are almost always dead on. That one shocks me always, works like a charm. I use the buying signals occasionally but the market I’m in it doesn’t always serve well to chase ambulances or newsworthy events. On the flip side, I do like that it calls my attention to certain industries who might be focused on my services. There’s been a few eye openers.
I honestly can’t say it doesn’t have issues linking to anything else I regularly use. Pair it with SFDC and you’re good, after that it can basically link to everything. I’m not the IT guy but the connections appear to be seamless. Only issue I’ve seen is the uploads can get a singular line item wrong and the whole list/upload is impacted. I wish the integration with SFDC was two way and not just a push… and had some sort of auditing action.
  • It’s great, until you find accounts it doesn’t know well, that’s when your prospecting flows can take an efficiency hit
  • Enterprise level sales acceleration from unknown to client has to be 10X by using this for finding and understanding target markets/organizations
  • The most important piece here is to take time to enter search criteria for lists and buying signals, you level up your speed to contacts/potential leads completely, BUT would be awesome if this was an automated “welcome” task, so it’s front and center right out of the gates
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.

It’s all about prospecting into new markets, analyzing white space, building out organizational data, analyzing ICP’s, TAM/SAM quantification and looking for people in general. The sites this scrubs regularly has to be in the hundreds of thousands, so it’s going to bring relevant data for people looking to be up to speed on more than they likely need to know.
