Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Projects
In our organization, we use Zoho Projects to manage all work-related tasks. Tasks are assigned to specific team members and those members are kept accountable to finish a task based on the deadline set. During a weekly meeting, we go through missed and incomplete tasks. We also discuss and create new tasks.
Pros
- The calendar view is great for getting an overall glance at which tasks are due and when. We use this all the time
- Reminders are sent via email when tasks are due on the day they are due
- All tasks in one place
- The task creation interface is comprehensive, allowing attachment, lists, and much more
Cons
- improved mobile app interface
- reporting features could be more robust and useful as we don't even currently use this feature
- 3rd party intergrations are few and not easy to setup
- We saved a lot of money moving from our previous task management softare
- Better time management
- Employess are kept accountable for tasks
I won't say that Zoho Projects is the best in comparison to its competitors, however, it does exactly what we need it to do and we are saving on the monthly fees we are paying for its competitors. The pros outweigh the cons. I would say that it's also not the fastest in terms of responsiveness but that is usually not an issue.
