Overall Satisfaction with WhatsApp Business
We use the WhatsApp Business to manage our communications with all of our mentors and volunteers. Four separate members of staff are all able to log in to the account on their laptop and respond to messages in real time as they come in making sure there are no issues or delays with responsiveness or helping our mentor pool out.

Slack is preferable for internal business comms whilst WhatsApp Business is better for communicating to customers or mentors. This is because Slack has task management and calendar integration features. WhatsApp is best for customers because they have it on their phones already and use it regularly as a habit making them open and responsive to the tool.
