Robin Divine
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Robin Divine is experienced in integrated health systems, she provides insight about critical interdependencies leading to successful collaborations. Robin earned an Executive MBA with a healthcare concentration from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College. She is an Executive Fellow of Advisory Board.
Eric Carbonneau
Chief Operating Officer
Eric Carbonneau leads all of TriCore’s Laboratories, the Research Institute, Patient Care Centers, Client Relations, and Information Technology divisions. Affiliated with TriCore for over 25 years, Eric inspires and facilitates excellence by providing the vision, leadership, and innovation necessary to ensure operational controls, administrative procedures, and personnel are in place to effectively grow the enterprise. Eric received his Medical Lab Scientist degree from the University of New Mexico and holds a Master's Degree in Health Systems from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
David G. Grenache, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Grenache works cooperatively to develop and implement TriCore’s scientific research strategy. He is also the laboratory director of TriCore’s flagship Core Laboratory, the medical director of immunology and point-of-care testing, and a clinical professor of pathology at the University of New Mexico. A board-certified clinical chemist with 30+ years of experience in laboratory diagnostics, his clinical interests are focused on the use of laboratory data to gain insights into population health and reproductive biochemistry.
Chris Michalski
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Chris Michalski oversees the strategic direction of human resources functions for TriCore. With over 20 years’ leadership experience, Chris is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning people practices with organizational objectives. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University. His commitment to excellence, coupled with certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt, reflects his intellectual curiosity and disciplined project management.
Angela Sanchez, MD
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Sanchez provides clinical oversight and brings the voice of the clinician to TriCore’s laboratory operations. Additionally, she oversees the organization’s compliance and data security programs. Dr. Sanchez is a lifelong New Mexican and a family practice physician in Albuquerque since 2007. A leader in organized medicine in New Mexico, Dr. Sanchez has advocated at the state level for patients, providers, and healthcare organizations throughout her career. Dr. Sanchez earned her MD from Dartmouth Medical School and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Baylor Medical Center.
Ella Watt
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ella Watt leads TriCore’s Accounting and Finance teams. She brings more than 30 years of financial expertise and has worked in the healthcare field for more than 22 years, bringing varied experiences with health systems and hospital settings. Ella is a proven leader with streamlining processes, ensuring internal controls, and strengthening fiscal management. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
