Q: Does TD management really want employees to report concerns?
A: Absolutely! In fact, Treasure Data needs you to report them. Reporting can minimize the potential negative impact of inappropriate conduct on the company and our employees. Reporting also may help identify issues that can improve our culture and performance.
Q: Where to these reports go? Who can access them?
A: Reports are entered directly on the Convercent secure server. Once entered, Convercent makes these reports available only to specific corporate employees charged with evaluating the report and ensuring a proper investigation is performed in a professional and confidential manner. Q: What can I expect to happen after I make a report to the TD Whistleblowing Hotline?
A: We will respond to every inquiry and report and keep you up-to-date on the progress of our investigation through the system.
