Galaxy products

Phones, tablets, smart watches and ear buds all fall under Samsung Galaxy. In the past months, you could have saved £75 on the Galaxy Watch6 or £100 on the Watch5 Pro using the code WATCH24. As you will see below, another great way a Galaxy Watch at no cost is when purchasing a phone.

There have been various codes for the S24 models offering 10% off, £100 off, double the storage at no cost, and a free Watch6 with your purchase. Most of these deals focused on pre-orders and Samsung always offers the most value for customers who pre-order.

By creating a Samsung account and joining the rewards programme, you will receive 1% back on all your purchases. It’s as easy as that, without any additional steps. If you purchase a new phone for £500, you will be credited 5,000 rewards points worth £5. That means every point is worth 1 cent. 

These points will be available on your account within 14 days and can be exclusively spent at Samsung. Simply make sure you are logged in and select Samsung Rewards as the payment type at checkout. 

Trade in or recycle your old items

Gone are the days when Samsung only allowed trade-ins on their smartphones. Of course, you can still save up to £600 by trading in your old phone, tablet or smartwatch that will just gather dust otherwise. Additionally, you can take a proactive step in being more sustainable and save money by recycling your old laptops, computer monitors, home appliances and TVs. Right now, discounts go up to as much as £500 when choosing to recycle your old item for free and purchasing a new item.

Best of all, you can get a discount on your purchase before you ever send in your old phone. Simply specify the model of your device you want to trade in, and Samsung will provide you with packaging to send them your item for free. Larger products like TVs or home appliances must be prepared and will be taken away when your new item is delivered.

Upgrade old phones for less

Savings don’t end with rewards programmes or trading in, you can join the Samsung upgrade programme to always have the newest phone. Pay a 10% deposit on your phone and 23 monthly instalments. After 12 months, you have the possibility to upgrade to the newest model. 

Right now, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S24 for as low as £89.90 upfront with monthly instalments as low as £27.36. There is no interest added to your plan, which would bring the total to £809.10.

For anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable with joining a programme dedicated to upgrades, Samsung Flex might be for you. It’s a one-time purchase, where you decide how much you want to spend upfront and if you would like to pay the rest over 24 or 36 months.

How to claim Samsung cashback

In 2023, Samsung came out with a price promise to match any lower price you find on qualifying products from selected retailers within 7 days of purchase. All you have to do is show proof of purchase, proof of cheaper price (retailer, product model, price and stock availability must be present) and make a claim. You will receive the price difference within 45 days of your claim being approved.

The processing of your return takes so long because the return period of your item must pass before receiving the cashback claim.

Samsung’s return policy

All orders can be returned as long as you notify Samsung within 14 days of receiving your items. These 2 weeks can be extended as part of any promotion; most commonly occurring between the holiday shopping season of December. Additional requirements are that the items are in as new condition with original packaging, accessories and any other additional items.

Damaged items must also adhere to the 14 days as previously mentioned. However, do not stress. If you have a faulty item, that falls under warranty, which is explained in our next FAQ.

To return a product to Samsung, simply go to your orders and click return. You will receive a label, instructions for the return and upon 10-days of receiving your order, Samsung will provide your refund.

Peace of mind with Samsung warranties

Every item from Samsung comes with at least a 12-month warranty. Some products, such as smartphones, tablets and home appliances (aside from Microwaves), have a 2-year warranty. Samsung computers and monitors even qualify for 3 years but this can depend on if you are a business or a regular customer.
