The 8Bitdo Pro 2 controller isn’t just the best pro controller for the Nintendo Switch, it's perhaps one of the best Bluetooth controllers for the Steam Deck, Windows, and mobile devices, too. If you’re in the market for a rock-solid Bluetooth controller, you can currently pick up the 8Bitdo Pro 2 from Amazon for just $42.49 (was $49.99), the lowest price we’ve seen for this awesome gamepad. But you’ll need to hurry to take advantage of this limited-time offer.

In addition to its broad spectrum of compatibility, the 8Bitdo Pro 2 is now one of the few Bluetooth controllers equipped with Hall Effect switches, which help to reduce or eliminate stick drift (an issue that has plagued the Nintendo Switch since its launch).

For those of us old enough to remember, the layout of the 8Bitdo Pro 2 most closely resembles a classic SNES controller, albeit with a pair of analog sticks and some large grips built onto the side for improved ergonomics. The Pro 2 features the same number of inputs as contemporary controllers, which can all be remapped to different profiles via the 8Bitdo Ultimate app on your PC or mobile device.
