Funny. This is the year I plan not to upgrade. Waiting to see if their foldable is ready by next year.

They both have their own sets of bugs, and the bugs are all bad. The T-Mobile app acts like you're logged out and makes you go through a bunch of login screens to access anything, and T-Life pages end up broken all the time with a "wires crossed" error. So I use both.

If Apple makes a folding phone with specs & cameras equal to their non-folding flagship phones, I’ll buy it. It’s possible to do, virtually every Chinese brand folding phone has top tier specs and cameras. Samsung folding phones have mid range specs and entry level cameras.

Great article, definitely all facts have been stated, and pretty sure that only the #ISheep will dare deny what was written here, and still hate Samsung and even Google for their AI implementation and business strategy. I will wait and see the pricing strategy for the new iPhones as they will need more RAM and really don't think Apple has room to raise the pricing for the non-pro models with the current specs. I will now quote what I believe are key FACTS that set Samsung apart from Apple today:" has been announced now, and based on older iOS releases, it was quite predictable Apple would “pull an Apple” and create separation between iPhone models by making new AI features exclusive to some of them.""This move makes the $800  and $900 , which are Apple’s current flagship phones (!), sort of irrelevant."And let’s not forget people using the  and , which are pretty capable devices even by today’s standards. The decision to make Apple Intelligence exclusive to the latest Pro iPhones could indeed push people using the vanilla version of the iPhone to upgrade to a Pro model.""With Samsung’s promise for 7 years of OS updates and AI for the two-year-old Galaxy S22, we have a major plot twist, where Samsung’s flagship phones might be supported for longer than the iPhone, and get more meaningful, feature-rich updates in the process.""If cheaper/older iPhones “can’t handle all the new AI tricks” iPhone 15 Pro can, why not give them at least the AI features they can handle? Again, not to make this an “iPhone vs Android” story, but Samsung updated the old Galaxy S22 series of phones with 90% of the AI tricks found in the latest Galaxy S24." I could add more but won't, I will pick on the last article, the S22U a 2 1/2-year-old device that was priced at $1100.00 has 90% of the AI features, don't care if you like or dislike Samsung but credit has to be given to whom it deserves. Plus as we saw here on PA how many people criticized Samsung on their AI implementation, and now are OK with Apple's approach. I will quote one last thing that I deeply believe in:"It’s surprising a company that’s being sued by multiple governments, alleged to engage in “monopolistic actions”, seems so comfortable with creating a monopoly within the monopoly - one involving only one iPhone model."
