Having issues keeping your Weber Q lit? Just get this brand Weber hose! We went through two sets of standard hardware store hoses. Replaced all the components and we were just about to throw out the grill and buy a whole new one. Last ditch effort and spent the money on the official Weber product and whoa! That was the issue the whole time. Look at difference (Weber on left) in the diameter of the opening compared to "universal" replacement hose. We were starving the grill using a cheap all-purpose one.

There are far too many knock-offs on Amazon that have mixed-reviews. This is a legit Weber product. I just wish they sold a shorter hose for those who only need a one or two-foot connection. The. hose it replaces was nicely sized, whereas this one has several feet of coiled slack.

Does what it needs to do. My only complaint (but I have the same complaint with all connectors I’ve tried) is that it’s a bit tedious trying to get just the right position in order for this hose to screw smoothly and securely onto the grill. It always requires dickering and repeat tries. Since this is a Weber-to-Weber product, they should innovate a brainless/seamless way to guide the connection. In other words, the hose-to-tank connection is so easy. Shouldn’t the hose-to-grill end be just as easy?

Save yourself some time and avoid the frustration. Weber support was great...very helpful, but a new (no cost) regulator and "bypass" reset steps did not help.

Got the hose based on 'Skip the hardware store' review and problem solved.

No tuve problema alguno en instalar/operar esta manguera adaptadora a mi asador WEBER Q1200. No tengo el carrito, pero la manguera es suficientemente larga como para colocar el tanque en algun punto alrededor del asador. La manguera es de muy buena calidad, pero siendo el Q1200 un asador del tipo "portátil", pudiera lastimarse la rosca del lado del tanque de gas LP pues es una pieza de plástico, que aunque aparenta ser del tipo duradero, quitarlo y ponerlo en repetidas ocasiones puede disminuir su tiempo estimado de vida. Fuera de eso, funcionó perfecto. Además el producto fue entregado en mi domicilio al día siguiente, sin costo de envío.

This Weber propane adapter hose works great. 6-foot length is very convenient and is quite flexible. Mine is connected to a 20lb tank so I don't have to keep changing those small propane bottles on my Q series BBQ. If you use your BBQ a lot it is well worth the price. It takes about 2 minutes to hook up and has quality brass connectors. A great buy!!!!
