I LOVE this toothbrush. From the first time I used it, I felt that my mouth was so much cleaner. It is so easy to handle that it makes me want to brush my teeth. I used a spin brush and then a store brand electric brush before this and this does a better job by leaps and bounds. It's attractive, feels good in my hand, fits well in my mouth, and you can just feel it doing a good job brushing. I also love the base to store it on, and it's so much easier to change the head than on the other brands I used. Having a rechargeable battery is a big plus, too. The power is consistent and the brush does not slow down as the battery loses its charge. like the brushes with replaceable batteries did. The toothbrush heads are sturdier and last longer, too! As for the timer, I completely ignore that. It takes me longer than 2 minutes to brush my teeth if I want to pay attention and do a good job so I really don't see a need for that feature. But for those who are quick brushers, I guess it's a good feature to remind you to take more time.

They appear to be out of order from the instructions- the first setting seems to be the normal cleaning mode, then they get weaker each click. My gums haven't gotten used to the new brush yet and are a bit sore, but I've had it less than a week. It does seem to do a good job cleaning my teeth.

Effective cleaning tool. Worth investing in one's dental health because teeth are not covered by health insurance so you need yours to last forever!
Small and portable. Instead of sharing one electric toothbrush and changing the personal heads twice a day for each family member, I invested. I bought a personal toothbrush for each family member. This is my second toothbrush for myself in 8 years and I use it twice a day. They last! Good value/ investment. I do buy the replacement heads & change them as often as needed.

This toothbrush came recommended which is always a help! Mine did not come with a case which was not a deal breaker, however I would have liked one but did not think about it when ordering. The brush powered up overnight! When I use it tonight I will try the second power as it is very effective on the first (most powerful). Either way I was very satisfied with it more than my last one which was more expensive! Directions are very helpful in describing how each quadrant should be done. I would buy this model again! Gets clean right down to the gums with no bleeding issues which I’ve never had before. Made me feel like I went to the dentist! Soft but powerful!

I bought this brush to replace an older Oral-B model. I felt the old one wasn't as powerful as it once was and it was time for an upgrade. Either my old one was getting weaker or could hold a candle to the power of this new brush. It is powerful, cleans great and I love that I can get off brand replacement brushes that look just the the ones that came with the brush at the fraction of the cost.
This brush was less expensive than some other Oral-B models and although I can not compare how well they work, this one for the fourth of the price as a similar comparison works just great for me.

Great electric brush but still need to do it gently without applying any pressure as the pressure sensor works without signaling any light or sound. Besides due to rarity of electric brush models it may come with international charger (like USA) which won't work in India.
Solution- buy another oral-b vitality 100 to make it work.
