They are very good diapers. I have a disabled son and he was always getting wet at night. I could leave them alone for at least 10 hours during the night and that.

I gave stars based on another product that is wonderful that is made by the same company. I just thought that people might want to know that these briefs are flat and must be wrapped around the body and taped into place with the tabs that are attached ( again I assume this from their appearance since they were not actually tried on.) I cam see how this might be a valuable option for some people, however in our case pull on pants like underwear are what was wanted. You can count on this company for very good quality.

Used with the Tranquility insert liners, these briefs are definitely superior absorbency than other brands we tried for a long night stretch for my bed-bound mother. The tapes are tenacious though, difficult to reposition. I finally figured out that if I stick the blue and white tapes together onto the brief and then want to reposition the tape, I can carefully separate the white tape from the blue working from the brief side, then just reposition the white tape. Leave the blue portion wherever it stuck. Maybe there were better instructions on the bag, but I don't remember seeing any.

I have been using the Tranquility pull ups and they are easy to use. This has tabs with tape and they are difficult to get to fit correctly on my elderly mother. I bought xl. They leaked. Buyer beware- to return these diapers cost $24 using UPS. I may just donate them to a nursing home. I’m used to amazon prime where returns are very easy. I’ve been driving around with this box of diapers in my car trying to figure out a cost effective way to return them. With this seller the return shipping is your cost and you don’t get a discount for return shipping because you don’t have the buying power of amazon
