I bought this headphone wire and it broke after just a month of use and now only plays audio out of one side. I have determined the wire is at fault. The worst part is I can not return it since it has been just over a month

Works great on my MoonDrop Aria IEMs, and the microphone picks up my voice easily without making too much noise if I'm moving around, at least on par with my Macbook Pro 2021 microphone. The cable itself feels cheaper than my other tripowin cable, it's thinner, fewer wires, and has a cheaper finish, but I don't think it affects sound or has noticeably more microphonics.

Please read before you purchase! These are all ChiFi retailers Erjigo, Linsoul, KZ, KINBOOFI, and Yinyoo I would simply go with a different company other than Linsoul you can find pretty much the same product as they are all made in the same factory. KZ seems to be the best choice as ive heard their rma process is not as difficult if you run into an issue later on down the line. Protect your investment and spend your money wisely! In my case, I'll pay for my own replacement cable that was faulty from the factory, but maybe you guys don't need to.

My cable came with a weird fault in that the audio on the left bud was so much lower than the right bud. I emailed back and fourth with Niki Zhong a customer service rep at the company. They make you provide a video detailing what is wrong with the headphones over email. I had been emailing them over 20 days thus far and nothing but the run around. This cable has a very high profit margin for the company, but I eventually gave up on getting a replacement. As soon as I was going to be approved for a replacement emails stopped being exchanged, so I thought I would follow up and the company is trying to start the RMA process all over again. Meaning uploading a video with my own resources because they don't have a server you can just drag drop a video into.

On a side note how are you supposed to demonstrate a volume balancing issue with ear buds over video haha! Its so obviously a failure by design.

The cable feels nice and while not totally tangle-proof, I have found it more difficult to tangle these than the stock cable from my IEMs. The mic also sounds about what you would expect for the price, which is not a bad thing.
What is a bad thing though is I have had these for less than 2 months and the cable has already shown signs of wear. The straight plug does not help with preventing this. I am a pretty rough user though (I am constantly either wearing my IEMs or have them stored in a pocket somewhere) so that may be an influencing factor.
