These headphones are another great EarFun product. I love the 4 pair of wireless earbuds and the wired set of IEMs from EaFun I have. These over-ear EarFun Wave Pro headphones are just wonderful. The build quality is really good. They're comfortable...enough that I fell asleep with them 2 nights in a row after I got them. Sound quality is excellent and rivals premium brands. Battery has long life, connection is great, premium case...I love these EarFun Wave Pro's!
Although I have several other headphones (of various types - decent collection), the closest set that I can compare them too is my Sony set thats a tier 2 model (from the top that costs 4 times as much). My other headphones either aren't nearly as good or have different features....so the much more expensive Sony set is a fairly close comparison.
They are close to the build quality of my Sony wireless set, but maybe just a tad bit less beefy...However, they don't look or feel chinsey or cheap in any way. They feel and look premium. The buttons are solid feeling. Nice construction. They do seem like they will last a long time without any structural faulure. Also, they are a good weight - not heavy, but not flimsy or anything either. As for comfort, they are actually a little more comfortable for long periods of time compared to the S brand set. The ear cushions are soft and don't hurt my ears after several hours. Clamping force isn't too tight, nor too loose - nice balance. The headband also has some cushion. So, to bottom line comfort and build, I'm very satisfied with Wave Pro and they are close to, the same, or even better in certain aspects than my S brand set. *** The EarFun Wave Pro is BETTER than my older JBL set I have (that I bought in 2019) in both build and comfort - a lot better!
The sound quality is also exceptional. To bottom line it - the Wave Pro is close to / comparable to my S brand in sound. If there is a difference , it's not by much. The EarFun app has several presets and a customizable EQ that works well and gets the job done to conform to your needs. I prefer extra bass most of the time, and pushing up the low frequencies in the EQ gets these EarFun Wave Pro's bumping. Great bass. If bass isn't your thing, no worries - these aren't over powering at all...but if you want ear punching bass, these headphones can certainly do it by adjusting the EQ in the app. The mids are clear and detailed nicely for this type of headphones. In many of my previous sets, the mids were either too subdued, tamed down or didn't have enough detail...These have a good, clean satisfying mid range that sound pleasing. Vocals are clear and aren't muted / low like other headsets. Highs are nice without being to bright...nor too dull. Nice crisp highs but no over sibilance.
The sound quality absolutely punches higher than it's price bracket. To be honest, these Wave Pro's come pretty close to rivaling my tier 2 Sony's that have a retail price that's 4 times as much...and are also slightly more comfortable. LDAC works great and adds that extra hi fi sound. Most headphones in this range don't have LDAC...so nice added bonus. Be advised - LDAC only works with single connection (not dual connection). Also, other than phones, there are very few Bluetooth devices that have LDAC capabilities...In order for your headphones to recieve in LDAC codec, the transmitter source must be LDAC capable. I do have a Fiio Bluetooth Transmitter/ Reciever (with DAC) that does have LDAC which works nice, but it's a rare device. They are others out there, but you would have to verify that the source of Bluetooth has LDAC to benefit from it. TVs, Fire Stick, PCs and most other sources don't have LDAC capabilities...Anyway, don't worry about it one way or the other - these Wave Pro's sound great without LDAC. I've been using these headphones to listen to music while watching videos on my Fire Stick 4k Max, which doesn't have LDAC. Still sounds awesome!
The dual device mode works great without a glitch. I love that you can listen to a source - ie TV / Streaming Stick, but also use the app on your phone to change the sound perameters, touch controls and see battery life in real time. Bluetooth connection is great , stable and has good range. Easy to connect. Battery lasts a long time and is as advertised. The travel case is premium - this also rivals my S brand.
The app works great as well. You can change the sound/ EQ - there's preset sound options and a customizable EQ. You can customize the control settings. Toggle between single/ dual connection, LDAC on / off, and Game Mode on / off. The app allows you to download firmware upgrades. To save battery, you can select an Automatic Shutdown timer at 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. You can also select "No automatic shutdown". This setting is useful for keeping your headphones on standby for calls or just using them for noise cancelling without playing music.
ANC - The ANC on these works well with low frequency noises such as air conditioning units or loud vehicle noise while traveling. I haven't used it much in a crowded area with people (ie busy cafe), so I don't yet know how well it works in those regards. It isn't quite as strong as the much more expensive pair I have been comparing them too, but it still works really good...and is (at the very least) as good or better than other headphones in this price bracket. At least for me, these seem to do the job just fine for my needs in noise cancelling. I'm satisfied. There's 3 levels of ANC - "Wind Noise", "Comfort ANC" and "Strong ANC". I need to explore this more to see what the differences are exactly, but I do know they are different strengths. "Ambient" mode is a passthrough or transparent mode that allows you to hear everything around you ...your surroundings. I find this useful when going out and about - in a store for example where you can comfortably talk to someone without taking them off. I'd also use this mode if I were to move about in a public area so you can hear traffic sounds or what ever for safety.
So, with all that said, Im enjoying these EarFun Wave Pro headphones. These are an absolute great deal for what you are getting. If you want premium sound and options , but don't want to spend a ton of money - these are a great choice. I would recommend these.

The only reason I gave a 4 star review, is because they are not perfect, or as good as the reviews I watched made them sound.The mic quality, indoors is very good. I normally use speaker phone for my calls and Facetime. I was told that that the mic quality of the headphones was better than the mic on my iPhone 14 Pro. There is a feature in the app called Wind Nosie Canceling. I have not used the feature.The build quality is good. They are 99% plastic. The only metal I see is in the top of the headband for the adjustment slider. The top is metal the bottom is plastic. The ear cups are not very deep, but it's not unbearable.When you switch through the ANC modes, the voice assistant shuts the audio you're listening to, off, But you can turn it off the ANC voice off through the app.The app is pretty nice. Some of the features in the app is not easy to find, like enabling the dual connection feature. Also how to turn ANC voice off, definitely recommend turning that off.Changes made in the phone app is across the board not just for your phone. I have my headphones connected to my iPhone and my Anker Capsule 3 Laser.The audio lag is not bad, but turning on the gaming mode really hurts range. There will be Continuous disconnects. But I did not notice a complete disconnect.The ANC is pretty strong, but I don't think it is good as Unbox Therapy made it.I do suggest purchasing this headphone. At 79 dollars this is a great buy, at 59 dollars, it is an even better buy.

These headphones are well done. To start, they come with a snazzy hard cover carrying case to protect your headphones. Left and right is easily identifiable in the case itself, which makes storing the headphones a snap. There’s a USB-C charging cord and aux cable, that are nicely stored in a pouch inside the case. See pictures.
These were super easy to connect. Hold down the power button and they immediately start pairing. There’s an Earfun App that gives you custom control of your equalizer settings or you can just choose a preset equalizer setting. The active noise cancelling is excellent. You can choose all the way up to a strong ANC setting.
The App is super easy to use as well. I posted several pics of the App screens.
When I initially opened the App, it upgraded the headphones to the latest firmware version. This took about 3-5 minutes and worked flawlessly. This means Earfun will be working to improve the headphones and fix any bugs, which I really like. Product support is a great thing in my book.
The sound is pleasant and not overly boomy. I like balanced sound, so they sound really nice to my ears. I used the “Rock” preset and listened to Dave Matthew’s song ‘Crash’. It was very detailed and rich. The great thing is, if you want more bass you can either choose that preset or customize to your preference in the App.
The pleather muffs are comfortable and the headphones fit my head comfortably. They are adjustable as well. The headphones appear to be well made. Overall I really like and I’m pleased with these headphones. I have another well known brand and these are every bit as good, but at a lower price point. I believe these are worth checking out. They are very well packaged and come in their own hard case. The headphones are foldable so they take up less space. I liked the L & R logos being on the foam inserts making it easy to see for wearing them the correct way round. (Many manufacturers just put a Tiny L & R somewhere on the bottom which is generally tough to see, especially at night) They come with a manual, USB charging cable and a Jack lead so you can plug them in directly. (Although this does bypass all the app facilities like eq and volume control)
Sound wise they are fine, I prefer the out of the box EQ'd sound from the Earfun Free Pro 3 as they suit my listening tastes better. Not saying they sound bad, they are just not to my personal taste. I tweaked the audio frequencies using the app and got them to sound closer to what I prefer and this was much better.
The audio quality is very clear though and I was able to pick out little hard to hear bits of backing vocals and other sometimes lost in the mix bits in the songs I listened to.
Battery life is excellent and charging doesn't take long at all.
I haven't had much chance to test the noise cancelling but can hear a noticeable change in sound when the NC button it pressed to cycle through the settings and you can hear the back ground noise reduce considerably.
I found them quite comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the pads around the ears provided a secure fit.
I had no issues with bluetooth in the 2 days I've owned them and the range is more than good enough for my use. They connected to my phone very quickly and stayed connected. You can connect them to two devices at once by switching on the facility in the app. You can also do things like reset the headphones, set automatic shutdown time, update firmware as well as turn on game mode and customise the controls.
Overall I like them and feel that they offer value for money.

Aussehen:
Schick! Die Wave Pro sehen sehr Wertig aus und kommen im bekannten Earfun-Grau (siehe Bilder). Sie bestehen aus Plastik, fühlen sich aber keineswegs Billig an. Der Einklappmechanismus ist stabil und sollte eine lange Zeit halten. Die Ohrpolster sind kuschelig Weich und fühlen sich selbst nach stundenlangen Reisen gut an.
Sound:
Wie von Earfun erwartet ist der Sound top. Im Vergleich zu den kleineren Earbuds gibt es natürlich eine bessere Soundstage und eine extrem lange Akkulaufzeit. Mit dem Equalizer in der Earfun-App habe ich mir den Sound noch optimieren können (Etwas V-Förmiger. Ist natürlich geschmackssache!).
Funktionalität:
Die Bluetoothverbindung war nach meinen Tests stets stabil. Nach dem Einschalten brauchen die Wave Pro nur ungefähr eine Sekunde, bis sie sich zu meinem Handy verbunden haben und startklar sind. Es wird der LDAC-Codec benutzt und er läuft über ganze 96kHz. Ich wusste bislang nicht, dass Bluetooth überhaupt so hoch geht.
Für die Verbindung an den PC oder an meinen 3DS besitzt das Wave Pro einen 3.5mm Anschluss. Der Anschluss funktioniert auch noch, wenn der Akku nach langer Zeit mal leer ist.
Die Earfun-App hat sich direkt mit den Wave Pro verbunden und tut seinen Job. Über die App lassen sich die Funktionen der Knöpfe konfigurieren, EQ-Einstellungen anpassen, und man kann den Noise-Canceling Modus wechseln.
Noise Cancelling:
Es gibt 5 Modi. Normal, Ambient Sound (um die Aussenwelt zu hören) und Noise Cancelling, welcher nochmal in 3 Stufen unterteilt wird. Wind Noise Cancelling ist, wie der Name schon verrät, am besten bei windigem Wetter geeignet. Dann gibt es noch den Comfort- und Strong Noise Cancelling. Am meisten benutze ich draußen den Wind NC und in Zügen den Strong NC.
Case:
Die mitgelieferte Softshell-Case besitzt ein kleines Fach für Ladekabel und 3.5mm Klinke, und fühlt sich wertig an.
Kritik:
Meine einziger Kritikpunkt bezieht sich auf die Länge der Long-Press Aktionen. Um die Wave Pro auszuschalten, muss der "Multi-Function Button"-Knopf satte 5 Sekunden lang gehalten werden. Um Songs zu wechseln müssen die Volume-Knöpfe ~2 Sekunden lang gedrückt bleiben. Dies ist für die schnelle Navigation leider ungeeignet. Ich hoffe, dass Earfun dies in einem Zukünftigen Firmware-Update konfigurierbar macht. Falls es ein Update gibt werde ich meine Rezension bearbeiten :).
Ich bin mit meinem Kauf mehr als Zufrieden. Earfun hat (wie immer) ein super Produkt herausgebracht. die Wave Pro sind in diesem Preissegment ein sehr starker Konkurrent.

Just compared these headphones to daughters bose and nieces apple and they compare so well they were both impressed, great carry case that folds down to a small size, handy for travel, yet to test to 80hrs battery.
Comes with usb charger and an audio jack.
Noise canceling is decent.
