My job is fully remote, so I bought two monitors so I could travel around every now and then but still work. The week after I first bought these I went to see family out of state and they were excellent - great quality, easy to use, all of the things you would expect out of a good portable monitor. I left them in the case I bought after that trip and only took them out again when I set up my work station at my next hotel room, only to find that both have suddenly broken, and seemingly out of nowhere. I am a PC dork and really care about the quality of computer hardware I purchase, and am extremely careful when handling all my computer related devices. I have never handled these monitors roughly or carelessly and kept them inside their cases between clothes in my suitcase while traveling to help cushion them, and nevertheless they are now completely inoperable. The screens appear to be slightly dirty but otherwise physically fine, and I had no reason to expect them to break so unexpectedly. I am not sure how much of the blame falls on these monitors vs the apparent horrible quality of the case (the ARZOPA 16.1” portable monitor sleeve bag), for which I will also leave a review, but unless TSA decided to pull these out of my suitcase and dropkick them I have no idea how these suddenly broke. If you are buying these and are just planning to leave it on your desk then I can highly recommend it - it really is a great monitor when it works. If you are planning on buying this with the intention of traveling at all with it then I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Just extremely unfortunate experience, and I am not looking forward to working entirely on my small corporate laptop for the next week.
