Swash is a very good concentrated laundry detergent and I really like the Simply Sunrise scent; I like it so much that I've reordered it several times. Sometimes the auto-measure dispenser doesn't work proper a little into using the bottle and I have to remove the cap and guestimate to dispense. I usually do larger loads and it requires several squirts for that, but it works great, smells great and leaves the clothes having a nice texture. I have not used it to clean major stains so I can't give any info about that.

I have purchased this twice and going to buy a third time. The only problem I have had is the predetermined amount on the second bottle did not seem to work correctly. It seemed to measure a larger amount than before and of course I used it up faster. I will see what happens with the third bottle. I like the product. It seems to clean the clothes well and I really like the no scent version.

I have an injury and arthritis in my hands but this is easy-to-use for me. It's lightweight, doesn't take up much space (which I love) and cleans well. That said, I've used several bottles so far and I had one that shot out too much detergent so it was used up in less than a month and I don't do that much laundry. So Swash is a keeper for now. I think I'll save the lid off a bottle that works well in case I have a problem again.

Measuring cap does not work

Swash comes in a smaller bottle and it seems to get our clothes clean and the Linen scent is alright. The problem and the reason I bought the product, was its claim to have the best delivery system. It does not have a good delivery system or maybe I have been saddled with a top that doesn’t work. The video is deceiving, making it look so easy to use. Once I think I have the cap filled by holding the bottle upright and squeezing the sides creating an intake of air into the cap, I overturn the bottle only to confronted by a few dribbles. It just plain doesn’t work. I’m not sure what to do about this since the product was touted as easy to dispense. They should have said ‘unless your cap doesn’t work’. Not only doesn’t it work, it’s a major fail. There is no where on the package that suggests how much to dispense without utilizing their cap; a step I would hate, considering that amount would be small and half of the product would adhere to the measuring utensil. I have a front loader with no way to swish the swash off of the alternative to the cap. If they could send me a bunch of caps, I could possibly find one that works. This is a good product, I just can’t figure out how to use it to clean my laundry.

Doing the math to get 80 loads from a 30 oz bottle means you would only use .375 oz for each load. When I squeeze the bottle as directed, it fills up about half way in my front load detergent dispenser section. That's probably more than 1 oz and certainly not less. I've done about 5 or 6 loads so far and it feels like the bottle is half empty. I have no complaint about how the clothes come out. The main reason I tried this product is I wash a lot of pet bedding. One of my cats has a very bad skin condition and a friend suggested I change laundry detergent. I thought I would try this one but if it going to cost $15.xx for a dozen or so loads of wash, I think I will try something else too. Additional edit: I just reduced from 3 stars to 1 star. I washed a load of heavily stained pet pads. Swash barely cleaned them. The stains were still there. I rewashed the load with tide and everything came out white with no noticeable stains at all. Swash is fine for everyday items but not satisfactory at all for anything that is stained. And the bottle is as almost empty after less than 10 loads. I will not buy this again.
