Comfortable, lightweight
My dog hasn't complained about the harness. It goes on easily and appears to be comfortable. The XL just fits my 45 pound beagle/boxer mix. This is a lightweight harness. If your dog pulls hard or needs more control I'd recommend a heavier duty model of nylon webbing. The color also matches his goggles. 😅

Unfortunately, my dog has a problem with choking and coughing whenever he pulls on a regular dog harness, and when I looked for a no choke dog harness this came up. It is definitely is no choke and for once he doesn’t choke when we go on a walk. He pulls a lot and sometimes even lunges at other dogs, so this was a good tool and held up pretty well. I have two problems with it though 1: we needed this harness for my dog who is a pug mix at 27 pounds and got x large since his girth is 24 inches, but was a little big at the tightest adjustment, sadly he slipped out and ran across the street. Altogether he slipped out about 3-4 times on our 2 day trip. 2: The two rings are slightly tarnishing over the course of only two days. Over all it dose the job but creates another problem, escaping, you could order a size smaller if the harness is too big. Nice harness but I might need to keep looking for a different no choke harness and return or buy a size down.

This is a great harness. My dog is 9 lbs, has a 10" neck and a 15" chest. She wears a medium in this style and it fits her perfectly. She's never been able to get out of it and has yet to choke herself when she spots a squirrel or bird, though she stubbornly tries to run after them. I've recently found that I like Gooby products (like the [[ASIN:B00K4E6GGY Gooby Every Day Fleece Cold Weather Dog Vest for Small Dogs, Red, Medium]]), so at first I tried the [[ASIN:B005DM81S8 Gooby Choke Free X Frame Soft Harness with Micro Suede Trimming for Small Dogs, Medium, Black]], but this is far better in my opinion. It's so much easier to put on, it fits more securely, and it has a more streamlined look to it. This is the best harness I've ever purchased.
Update: After using this harness for over two months - three times a day, every day, through sun, fog, and rain - it has stretched out a bit. It no longer fits as snugly as I would prefer. And seeing as how my dog was at the very edge of being a medium (she wore all the adjustments at their smallest), it does look quite loose around her legs and chest when she's just standing still. I can see how if I needed to urge her forward with the use of the harness that it might go over her head and she'd be free. I adjust all the straps at the beginning of every walk now, just to make sure everything's as tight as possible. I don't blame anything but natural wear and tear; materials stretch over time. I was planning on purchasing another harness anyway, this time I'll just choose the small knowing it'll get bigger as time goes on, and this medium will be relegated to being worn atop my dog's thicker fleece vests.
Update: I wound up buying the small harness (or two) and it fits even better than the medium! My dog's right in the middle of the strap adjustments, so she has room to grow a big bigger or a bit smaller. For comparison, I've added pics of the medium (black) vs. the small (red). As you can see, the medium gaps a little at the chest, whereas the small fits snugly. I still love this harness just as much as before, maybe even more. I feel a sense of security when I put it on my dog before leaving the house for a walk. Honestly, I'm already considering which color to buy next!
