Evolution is ingrained in our values, and we’re expanding our focus beyond mindfulness to give you a comprehensive, evidence-based mental fitness program, and tools to support generational change in mental health.

The everyday mental wellbeing of Australians
The Australian Mental Wellbeing Index provides a snapshot insight into the everyday mental wellbeing of Australia. It explores the factors that contribute to mental wellbeing and aims to generate a national conversation about how Australians can take a proactive approach to support mental wellbeing.
We’ve recently released the Q3, 2023 report exploring data collected across July to September 2023. This report shows a 0.4% drop in Australians’ mental wellbeing and an increase in negative responses of stress, sleep and emotional awareness.
