These are too stinkin cute ! It also comes with a personalized activity book for your child to read and color while understanding what’s going on. As told by Sesame Street. It comes with more than enough stickers and is very easily explained. I love it. We love it.
The sunflower and carrots grew fast in a week. The basil has now..about 2 months later just began to pop up (don’t give up). Some plants just don’t grow that’s reality BUT these all did. We water every day and my 3 year old has “responsibility)

The Seeds Actually Sprouted
I have bought a few cheap grow kits in the past that never ended up sprouting after the seeds were planted. So, I am pleasantly surprised that all three of the varieties in the Abby's Garden kit are growing nicely. Even more so, because I ended up buying this kit when I saw it on sale back before Christmas time, and then, I decided to wait and give it to my son in his Easter basket. Thinking the seeds might not be good, I planted them all although there were more than the directions call for in each packet. But, I think I will need to replant them in bigger containers, because so many sprouted.I would definitely recommend this kit for preschool and kindergarten age kids. My four (almost 5) year old loved helping to plant the seeds, decorating the pots with the stickers and coloring in the activity book. And, there were plenty of fun Sesame Street stickers left over for future art projects.

I ordered this for my niece for Christmas along with a set of gardening tools and she loved it! Her mom has a green thumb and loves plants so they were very excited when they opened this. The containers are a thick plastic and feel sturdy. The kit altogether is just very cute. Can't wait to see how the plants grow in the spring!

My 3 year old son got this for Christmas and has been really enjoying it. The process of decorating the pots and planting the seeds was a lot of fun and a great opportunity to learn about plants and how they grow. There were a few days of impatient waiting and then sprouts emerged! Now we’ve been checking their growth daily.
My only suggestion would be to maybe drill some drainage holes in the bottom of each pot before you add the soil, either that or you may need to curtail some overeager watering from your child.

My 3year old loves Sesame Street so this was just another lovely extension of their products. Everything in the package is well made. It has a cute coloring book that teaches you about gardening. We had a lot of fun planting these and can’t wait for our plants to sprout!
