I was very shocked to receive this product to find out that the Mic only rotates for the left ear and does not work on your right earNothing into the description that I have found tells you that this is a left ear only model. I’m very disappointed in this feature.However, the headset is very comfortable, as well as has a sharp appearance.UPDATE:After using this now for a couple of weeks another feature that is a major problem is the MUTE feature; this button is way too easily activated and causes problems during a conversation when it accidentally gets activated.
