I've had the over-showerhead version for quite a while in my guest bathroom. When I had to use that bathroom for a month during my primary bathroom renovation, I realized what a great purchase that had been. I got another over-showerhead one for my new standing shower, but the shorter version so it wouldn't hit my shower handle. I was really wishing for one that would fit over the shower glass (which has a metal rail on it) so I could keep my back in the water while getting at soap and shampoo and was amazed to find that OXO had indeed made one, and made one better than any others thanks to the adjusting upper grip that lets it go over thin glass or a thicker rail with equal ease.
Pros: Very sturdy. Wonderfully thick bars in the shelves, lots of space, a good guard rail. Non rusting!!! Solid grip when hung. Against glass, the suction is amazing, I pressed the cups in weeks ago and they haven't budged in all my daily showers and pressing down on face lotion pumps on bottles on the shelves. Really nice looking, complements my smooth curved chrome fixtures. The one over the shower head looks built in. Came well-packaged, tied into a stout cardboard backing. The bottom end at the suction cups has a protrusion that is an excellent hook for looping the tie of a loofa or squeegee. The bottom plastic tray's back side has prongs that hold the caddy away from the glass in order to keep the shelves level. No more tilted shelves making everything slide. The suction cups are in a swiveling bar so if you have a grout line where one is pressing, you can just pivot to get the cups onto flat tile.
Cons: Will not hold firm to less smooth surfaces. I have very smooth matte porcelain tiles on the shower walls, and the showerhead caddy needs to have its cups wetted and firmly pressed at the start of every shower, so I imagine the shower glass one would have the same issue (my guest bath has glossy tiles and the cups stick fine to that). The bottom tray is supposedly easy to pop out for cleaning but I haven't figured out how that works. Maybe I'm not strong enough, or maybe I'm too cautious about maybe breaking it. The bottom tray isn't as useful to me because I don't like my soap having any chance of sitting in a puddle, I keep it on a silicone grid inside a metal cage basket and that doesn't fit on the tray so I'm using the bottom barred shelf instead (There are ridges and a drain hole in the soap area, just not enough for my preferences). I'd rather have another aluminum barred shelf with a depressed section for soap to freely drain. And shipping: I fear they may not be making more of these. Unlike any other OXO product I've ordered, this one took weeks to ship and quite a while to arrive once it had shipped. A pity, as despite the listed cons, this is by far the best over-glass shower caddy I've ever found.

LOVE this OXO Over The Door Shower Caddy!
I am SO GLAD that I bought this OXO Over The Door Shower Caddy! I wish that I would have bought it a long time ago. Very impressed with construction. So many other brands say that they are rust resistant, but reviews said that they rusted in no time at all. I would much rather pay a little more for one that won't rust at all. I've included many pictures hoping that this will help someone else. My only wish is that there were also hooks on the left-hand side of the soap dish, but other than that it is perfect. I did not experience any issues with back of unit not touching wall as another reviewer stated.My Amazon box WAS HUGE, with no packing material whatsoever in it and 5-6 of these shower caddies could have fit in the box they sent mine in. Seriously. I was preparing for the worst and expected it to be damaged when I opened the carton, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the unit was not damaged at all, but some type of packing material should have been used for potential damage in transit.If you are on the fence about buying this, don't be. It is worth every penny. I am so pleased with my purchase!

My OXO caddy is beautiful. I hung it over the framed panel next to the shower door. It fits the space nicely. With the suction cups pressed in place the caddy does not move side to side. The only hiccup is the tabs on the back of the soap dish are not quite long enough to touch the glass. This allows the caddy to wiggle in and out. It was annoying and I did not won't to damage the glass.
I googled in search of something to put on the tabs to add length and cushion. No luck. Then I remembered I had bumper pads for cabinet doors. I put one on the glass behind each tab. The thickness is just right. No more wiggles!
