    I am new to using headsets, and I think this is a great starting point for me. This headset provides excellent sound quality and superior comfort for all day wear. The ANC is as effective as any I have experienced, and the battery life has been very impressive so far. As a person who stutters, the ability to hear my own voice through the mic - the sidetone function I believe it's called- is really important, and so I really appreciate that feature.

    The mic seems to work very well - picks up my voice well and does an excellent job filtering out other noise. My fan is running pretty much constantly and I tested it to make sure that it wasn't picking up my keyboard or mouse sounds - pretty basic, but important stuff. I even tested it with finger snaps close to (but not directly into) the mic, knocking on my desk, and clattering my metal water bottle, etc. - none of that was picked up either, so it's very impressive in terms of isolating only your voice.

    One I will have to get used to is that all of those sounds *are* picked up in side tone (and relayed in the earphone) so it makes it a little unnerving to be able to separate what you are hearing vs. what other people are hearing. There is an option to play around with the sidetone settings, so I will likely do that to help with the adjustment.

    Very lightweight and comfortable. Functions very effortlessly. Connectivity has been One hundred percent so far as long as I remember to designate it as my Teams device when I turn it on. Noise canceling microphone borders on magic. People can’t hear anything in the background.

    Love how lightweight and portable it is. It has made me more productive, making calls in my car using the hear through function and staying safe, yet people on the other end can’t hear the road noise unlike the speakerphone in my Honda pilot.

    Don’t expect high levels of noise canceling since they are on-ear VS over-ear, but I am in a noisy environment most of the time and it does an adequate job cutting down background noise so I can concentrate.

    Extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Not hot or uncomfortable. Can’t emphasize how lightweight they feel.

    I’m 6 foot 3 and have a slightly larger than average head.

    Music actually sounds OK in it, but don’t expect Bose performance. Used it to watch a movie off of Roku remote one night and the sound was quite good.

    I bought this alongside a Poly Voyager Focus 2 to try out for work. I ended up keeping both. The Evolve2 65 Flex has excellent noise cancelling (and I mean WOW! Excellent!). That said, it gets uncomfortable over long periods, the ear cups aren't that great, and the sound quality is just okay under normal circumstances. When mic and audio are sharing the sound channel, the quality goes to downright poor. Odd, as that was never an issue with my old Evolve 75.

    Mic seems better technically than on the old Evolve 75, but I'm not a fan of the short mic or how it flips up. Overall this is a decent value though, if for the noise cancelling alone. Would be amazing if you had to use in a noisy environment.

    By contrast, the Poly Voyager Focus 2 was basically the opposite. Very comfortable, great sound quality, but the noise canceling was much poorer than I expected.

    Have been using it just for a day, and it's fantastic, much better than my old MS Lifechat 3000. Sound is so much better, and it's easier to use with some really nice features. No problem with the Mic, being heard or hearing. Pairing with my computer native bluetooth was seamless (didn't need their bluetooth adapter).

    Also, discovered that you really need to charge it before you try it, at least mine. I was having issues getting it to work initially, left it charging for an hour and tried again and it worked great!. I installed their desktop software and did a couple minor setting changes.

    I'll come back in a month or so and update this review.
    I'm a consultant and usually have 5-6 conference call meetings with all the various services Google Meeting, Microsoft Teams and Zoom throughout the day, so far no issues and love it.

    Like the title says, this is a wonderful headset but I had to return it. I love everything about it, it was sleek and easy to to use and setup. I love Jabra, I've been using the Jabra engage 75 for the last two years on my work from home days. It hasn't failed me yet. I love how easy it is to update and change settings in the desktop app, so when looking for a replacement for my headset in the office I turned to Jabra. Almost all of the reviews I watched and read were raving about how great the evolve 2 65 flex was. Right out of the box it comes with a nice carrying case which includes a slot for the usb/Bluetooth dongle which I love. The headset itself is solid, it's foldable and sturdy. The call quality is very great, sound quality wasn't as great but I did not order it to listen to music. No cancelation was great and I love that I could toggle between ANC, pass-through and off all with the press of a button. No issues with connection, the headset connects to the dongle right away once the device is turned on.

    All this said the only issue I had with the headset is the mic. I love that the mic could be pulled out and pushed back in to mute or when you don't need the mic. I love that there was also a mute button on the device instead of always pulling and pushing in the mic itself. No matter what I tried everyone I spoke to while on a call had an issue with hearing me. Some complained that I sounded really far away and some complained that there was a static like noise when I was speaking. For the ones that could hear me, I found myself having to repeat myself over and over again which got tiring. As much as I love the headset I had to return it as I'm on calls for 8 hours a day. I'm not sure if I had a defective headset but everything else about the headset itself was great. I think the issue might be that the microphone itself is just a tad bit too short. I would rate the headset a 5 but for the mic issue I'm rating it a 3.

    I bought this headset for work, for its small form factor when travelling but ended up returning it.

    Pros:
    - The call quality is great once connected and based on online reviews does surpass the quality of the regular evolve2 65 and 75.
    - It folds really nicely

    Cons:
    - With a Mac, usb space is minimal so the additional dongle isn’t great.
    - At this price I expected the quality to be much more sturdy but it feels cheap in your hands
    - Connectivity is an issue. I’d have to manually switch my sources on my Mac for the headset to work. Also when I turn the headset off, I have to manually change my audio to the Mac Audio. I think you’re expected to remove the dongle when not in use, but I rather just keep it in.

    I would have kept it if the price was around 300 CAD but at the price it’s at, I’d suggest downgrading to the regular 65 or upgrading to the 75.

    Muy buen producto para cancelar el sonido principalmente tengo perros y con esto una maravilla, sin embargo hace unos días ya no me escuchaban bien y empezó a cortarse la voz, no sé si el micrófono tiene algún problema y solo llevo un mes con ellos

    Microphone kept cutting throughout calls. I bought this headset to wfh but if on the first day the microphone is this unreliable I can't imagine what will happen in a few months time. Expensive headset with bad build quality look elsewhere.
