Product Description

This small but mighty spot cleaner is the companion you need for removing stubborn stains. Loosen and lift away accidental spills, pet messes and set-in spots with this compact cleaner, designed to fit into tight spaces. It’s equipped with a 20 oz. tank so you can handle multiple messes at once, with fewer trip to empty and refill your tank. The 4-inch removeable stain tool helps target embedded dirt and is attached to a flexible, kink-free hose for maneuverability and added reach. It’s easy to clean up once you’re done using it, thanks to the built-in hose rinse. Simply flush the machine with water to remove any residual dirt and debris, then empty your tanks to dry and store away in between uses. (1) 20% lighter with water in unit, clean water tank.

Works great but an attachment was broken
I opened the box and was excited about how compact and easy to use it was. I set it up and noticed the attachment was broken. I was going to return it but decided to reach out to Dirt Devil for a replacement part. They have created a case. I decided to use the other attachment and was super impressed with how well it worked. If I receive the replacement part it is 100 percent a great product. It is super easy to clean and store also. Only 4 stars because of the broken part. I wish I had a before picture of the carpet but with a toddler and all boys in the house there were plenty of stains that have vanished.

 We got a puppy and he loves to pee on our couch. We have a small child who loves to eat and drink on that couch, and also pee on that couch. When the stars align, they both come together to create stains and odors unrivaled by the state prison system. This Dirt Devil Shampooer has allowed us to save thousands of dollars instead of having to buy a new couch every 3 months.
The set up was easy, it’s light weight, sprays the cleaning fluid in good amounts, and has just as much suction as our large stand-up Bissel shampooer. This little machine was worth every penny, and was the most affordable upholstery shampooer that I could find backed by a brand name. I am fully pleased with the performance. There is also a mechanism that allows you to clean out the hose afterwards without removing it. Cleaning after use was so much easier compared to the larger stand up shampooer. It took me literally 5 minutes. I’m going to use this in my car next… you don’t even want to know about the interior of my car.

I ordered this spot cleaner for a camper that only has a few strips of carpet. It gets a lot of traffic on those strips though. The first thing I like about using it is the attachments seem really easy to take off and clean. And they are, when I use them, I can brush them clean, get pet and human hair out of them very easily. The cleaner tank is small but easy to fill. The dirty water tank is much larger and the top comes off easily, be careful with it! But that tank is nice. I've used some carpet cleaners that are hard to clean the dirty tank, but this one is really easy to clean it during and after use. Another thing I like about it, it has a hose clean out! I've only had to do this one time, but it did clean out the entire hose all the way. Now the cleaning power of this machine is great too. I have really used it in the past few months that I've had it. Those few strips of carpet have put it to the test. And it has delivered! every time. You have to put down the carpet solution and scrub it yourself, its not the machine that scrubs too. you have a couple of different scrubber attachments to choose from. But then go back over it a couple of times to suck up all the water, and its done! It was a great choice for spot cleaners.

My only complaint is that the sprayer could be better. It kind of goes everywhere and doesn't spray even... and the sprayer trigger doesn't automatically go back to position when your done. I had to consciously push it back up. Other than that, it was perfect. I forgot to take before and afters, but I used it on my back seats in my car. The stains came up super easy. I didn't have to scrub that hard. The suction works great. Very easy to use and clean which makes it a winner for me. I would recommend. My next project will be my living room furniture.

I ordered this clean up vomit from my pets and spilled drinks from my children. It does a great job of getting stuff out of the carpet however it can take a very long time to do so completely, and will pick up dust and pet hair in the process. Once it does get all of the mess up there is a whole new problem. The path the dirty water takes though the machine leaves chunks of residue and is not easily reached without some kind of additional cleaning tool which is NOT provided. This residue smells pretty funky if left uncleaned so using it ends up feeling like 2 tedious cleaning tasks. Fairly priced for its intended function of spot cleaning. The sprayer works great and the machine has enough power to get stuff up without ripping your carpet off the floor. Favorite feature is having enough cord length to get multiple spots without having to move the plug, and the cord storage is neat and easy to use.

This little Dirt Devil is quite powerful! I had previously borrowed a Bissel ProHeat from my brother, which is over $100, and I personally prefer this Dirt Devil. I have an elderly male cat who is, unfortunately, facing issues with incontinence, and he tends to pee on the couch. My couch is white. This Dirt Devil removed the urine stains and smell with ease. It is very easy to use and has a much better capacity than the more expensive Bissell ProHeat. I highly recommend this machine for the little accidents our furry angels have as they get older!

The machine cleans super well, so that I am happy with although my only issue is that the trigger button to get the spray going sticks and is hard to pull back out because mine doesn't go back automatically the way it is intended to so, that's an extra hassle but I put up with it because despite the small annoyance of the spray button, the machine does a good job of cleaning still.
