I’m of two minds on this. The product is flawless & works as expected. On the other hand I am super disappointed that I bought an expensive, top of the line pump that doesn’t provide a variety of flanges or even a voucher to get a free set if the ones provided don’t fit. Just a money grab from Willow if your flange size isn’t in line with what their “standard” is. Poor representation of a company that is based on supporting women.
Willow GO is the best wearable pump and I have tried many. It’s great that they have different size flanges because the fit of the flanges is the most important factor for pumping as much milk as possible comfortably.
I'm normally a size 24mm in other pumps but there's something about the design in this portable one and my breast wasn't fitting properly... 27 mm flange and problem solved
I love having this portable pump. I use it while driving or shopping. Its easy to clean. The charging port is difficult to get plugged in for some reason. Glad I had the option to get the correct flange size.
My sister uses the willow go and it's amazing. She can pump as often as she needs to for her newborn and the wireless feature really let's her move around freely. But we did have to order separate parts like these flanges, rather than them being available as sets.
