Stimulate Nipple

Stimulate the nipple until it perks up

Use a Ruler or Measuring App

Place the bottom of the nipple perpendicular to the ruler or app measuring device.

Measure your nipple

Line up with the outer edge of your nipple, where it meets the aerola

Determine your size

Willow recommends you select a insert that is 2-4mm larger than the measured nipple size.

The product seems nice. It was uncomfortable for me though because it was too small. This was not due to the product representation though I believe. Based on other reviews stating that it was bigger than other brands I decided to order a 15mm, instead of a 17mm, big mistake. The hole on the end going into flange is big, but this is so it fits in the 24mm flange. The actual hole for your nipple seems to be the correct size. I did try this out just to see if they would work. They fit well in my spectra, but I did have milk collect underneath the insert while pumping, so just be careful with removal. Suction seemed per usual with my spectra. I purchased this for my Elvie stride. It fit in the Elvie flange well without obstructing the suction hole at the end (no cutting needed), but I have not tested suction and output with it yet. Have the 17mm on the way now.

I hated the willow and ended up switching to the momcozy s12. I gave it a shot in that brand and it still works great!it does get milk in between falange and insert though but doesnt make a mess on my boob or leek
