    We purchased our Hiccapop for our granddaughter in 2021 and it was now being used by our grandson 2 1/2 years old. We noticed a slow leak with the mattress and I contacted Hiccapop. I wasn't hopeful, but figured I would give their warranty a try. I was willing to buy a new one because we had been so impressed by the product itself because it gets a lot of use. I left a voicemail on their customer service number on a Monday morning. That afternoon I realized they had left me a voice message AND an email. I responded with the original order number and explained about the slow leak. They were WONDERFUL! They sent me another email requesting some other information and directions how to get my replacement. I received the replacement less than a week later. Amazing! I didn't pay a cent for the replacement and they covered the shipping and handling. I can't recommend this company enough. I honestly was blown away with their customer service; by far the best I have ever encountered. Thank you Hiccapop for being such an incredible company!

    I cannot say enough good things about this product. We have had one for over 5 years and used it with two kids on many trips, including long trips. It's the perfect travel bed to transition to after a pack-n-play gets too small, which can happen pretty early. Both of our kids are serious rollers, and haven't been able to sleep in a normal bed without bumpers until around 6 years old. This contains them and keeps them safe and comfy. Also, note that it packs pretty compactly but blows up quite big--as an average-sized woman, I could probably sleep on this in a pinch. The only thing that confused me at first is that you have to pump the air in *while* the black things are in place in the wholes, or else it escapes. We also had a warranty issue years after purchase and Hiccapop dealt with it very smoothly. 100% recommend this to other families who travel!

    Traveled to Mexico for a wedding and wanted to make sure our almost 2 yo toddler would be comfortable. He currently sleeps in his crib and is used to having his own space. I was in such a rush that I put the item in my luggage as it was delivered and thought - if I don’t need it, I won’t use it and will return it when I get back. The resort was tailored more for adults and I probably saw 2 babies throughout my stay. They didn’t have any portable cribs. No worries! I brought my blow up mattress with me!
    First, the mattress was well packaged. I opened it with my son beside me and he watched as I assembled what would be his bed throughout our stay. It was very easy and fast to blow up the two pieces. Once I put it together, laid a thick blanket, added his blanket, and grabbed a pillow - he knew it was his “bed”. He took to it very quickly. (Daycare probably helped since they usually lay a mat for nap time).
    We were there for 5 days and didn’t have to re-inflate once. Throughout his stay, he would flop on his mattress, enjoyed drinking his milk on it, and slept peacefully through the night. My son is an early riser and enjoyed the freedom of being able to walk around to my side bright and early to start his day - a nice contrast to fussing or crying to get him out of his crib or pack-n-play.
    I was very surprised at how sturdy it is - I fit on it comfortably with my son. I’m 5’ and weight approx 140 lbs.
    Lastly, it was just as fast and easy to pack up.
    This was probably the best purchase I made for our trip - and I bought many things to make sure he did well on the flight and would be comfortable in a different country for a week. I’ll be keeping this handy dandy bed for my little one and will use it for as long as it’ll hold. Very convenient and compact for travel. Locally, I use my pack-n-play and an additional foldable mattress which is bulkier. I love having the option between the two depending on where we are going and how much we are packing. Ultimately, extremely happy with my purchase!

    We needed a travel bed for a trip recently because we weren’t sure our toddler would sleep in a larger, higher bed. He’s use to his floor bed at home, so this was a no brainer purchase.

    He slept two nights in a row on this. It’s super quick to blow up. It’s not noisy at all. Our child slept on this with a few blankets on top and he slept great. I read some reviews about a smell but I don’t smell anything on ours. Maybe a plastic smell but it’s so faint we didn’t even think of it.

    No air loss noticed, it seems durable but we didn’t put it to the test. Our son bounced on it a bit but that was it. Folding it away was really easy and didn’t take as much effort as I thought it would. Folds up great in the provided travel bag.

    Overall great product. A bit steep in price at almost $80 but the fact that it worked great, willing to sit with it. My only worry is if/when a hole occurs and we have to patch it. I’ll update when/if that happens though

    UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn't their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement.

    I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US - this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA - BEWARE!!!

    This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I've had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
