Of course this is only one part of the experience, as the dishwasher is more of the star of the show in the case of how easy to set and forget when doing dishes. We find the PowerDisk to work great for not only cleaning the dishes but for spot control as well. Glad we upgraded the dishwasher and will continue to use the PowerDisks.

There are only eight Miele dishwashers with the AutoDos system, which is what this is for. I've had mine for over a year, and it's been fantastic the entire time. If you spent the money for the AutoDos, it's only logical you'd use PowerDiscs exclusively in it. It gives a great clean with almost no work, and they last about a month. Insert the PowerDisc in its holder, close the door, and that's all there is. It'll dissolve food that's been stuck on there for three or four days - and since I live alone, that happens sometimes because I run the machine when it's full.

I must explain the low rating in the "scent" category. In all the time I've had the machine, I've never smelled this product. The PowerDisc keeps the aroma away from the user - and as powerful as this detergent is, that's probably a good thing. So...since I don't know what it smells like I gave it a middling rating.
