Over the last few years I changed from a Sennheiser GSP600 and then later a JBL Quantum One. I can tell you the Tour One M2 is more comfortable than both of those. Much more comfortable than the GSP600 which I had to purchase extra padding for.

The quality of the audio is excellent and even the bass response is good. I like how they essentially solve the multi pairing issue my Samsung Pro 2 buds have by allowing it to be paired with more than one device at a time.

I'll update this later with more detailed info on battery life and longer term use for work and for gaming. I am a very heavy headset user to many headsets totally fall apart very quickly. My attempts to use Logitech high end gaming headsets all resulted in devices that literally decompose before your eyes.

Negatives:
1. NOT recommended for bass heads. Despite eq tweaking these cans will NOT pack a punch.
2. It is NOT easy to get them in the case. Takes some fiddling because you fear you might break them as you twist and turn them into the case.

Overall, I was disappointed. JBL is known for their signature bass heavy sound and these are geared to a more refined sound. If that is what you are looking for they will not disappoint. If you are looking for an excited V-shaped sound then look elsewhere.

Was so excited to try these headphone, but they’ve been a major disappointment. Ordered a pair last month, got them paired with my phone and working no problem. Used them one time for a couple hours, then turned them off and plugged them into the charger. The next day — nothing. Wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t light up. No signs of life. After talking to a JBL rep, they determined the headphones were defective and had me ship them back to be swapped out with a new pair. Well the new pair just arrived, and this pair won’t even turn on! I charged right away after taking them out of the box to ensure no battery issues, and the red light lit up as expected. Two hours later, I unplug them but lo and behold the power button does nothing. Will be returning and getting a Sony pair instead.

So i recently did a bunch of comparison with head phones over the holidays as I was interested in a solid pair without breaking the bank and these were and currently on sale at 50% off @ Reg price $400. (before tax)

I stsrted reviewing and comparing and did with at least eight sets of head phones starting off with some much cheaper brands and models as i really just wanted something cheap for the gym .. Any ways i ended up wprking my way up in price as the comparrison continued always keeping the best one and then to compare that to the next purchase .. in short these imo out shines and perform superior to the latest Beats Solo3 which is perhaps the most popular head phones out there and for the same price of $200.
The sound quality is simply incredible and it is not just incredible it gives an immersive experience while the beats is very good it stops right there .. now i know there is a higher model or models thanthe solo3 but i did not go into comparing them simply because i was not going to invest 500. or so into a headphone

so if youre looking for a decent set within this pricerange i highly recommend you give these a try
It is also very comfortable and noise cancellation is decent really cant go wrong here and dont imagine we will find a superior one in the price range .

On a side note if youre looking to spend half that sat $100. or less I would also highly recommend the SoundCore series Q20, Q30 and the Q35 .. all three i also tested and while not superior to the jbl tour bang for buck they are exceptional and very good choices with sq and comfort going up a notch on each succeding higher model in the line up they are also very comfortable and noise cancellation is decent as well i ended up keeping both the jbl and the Q35 and a second jbl is already on the way as i love them so much and it being 50 percent off i did not want to pass up the deal will keep in storage.

Expensive but worth it. I switched from the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 after my Bose pair broke and did some research and gave these JBL M2 headphones a try. So happy with the purchase. Amazing sound quality, all day battery life and you can set your phone upstairs and walk all around the house without losing the Bluetooth connection. The Bose did have stronger noise cancelling but the battery only lasted 2 hours compared to 20 hours or so with the JBL M2 so JBL is the better headphone, wish I bought these sooner!

So I did a lot of searching for headphones. I came across the JBL's and read some great reviews. Also checked sony, and beats. But for some reason my eyes were on these ones.

What also helped was they're in special for half the price. I love the sound, they feel great on my head. No head pain after 30 mins of having them on my head. cause they are not heavy at all. The app works great. Plus I can connect Bluetooth to my work computer and my phone. So if I'm listening to music from my phone and my computer has a conference call coming in. As soon as I answer, it stops the music and I connect right away to my laptop. Once I hang up the call. My music connects again from my phone.

The noise cancellation works great plus it has other features: smart ambient. Plus other options which are included on the app.

The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is basically i wish the volume was a bit higher. But that's just my preference.

I would highly recommend these headphones. To be honest. I don't know if I would pay full price for them but half price. A great buy.
