WHITE HAS CORDLESS CHARGING/ GRAY DOES NOT
I ordered the white model in April ‘22 and it worked great for almost exactly 2 years. Perfect for picking up cat litter outside the box etc. I loved its sleek profile rather than the common pot belly style. My favorite feature was the cordless charging. Just grab, vacuum, and drop back into the stand. When it died I knew I wanted a replacement of this B&D model so I reordered it. Except I decided to get the gray one instead of the white. I assumed the white and gray were the same model just offered in a choice of colors. And since this was a replacement of a previous order I didn’t bother to scroll through the pictures. When I opened the box I was confused why there wasn’t a charging stand. That’s when I looked at the pics in the item listing and discovered the white has cordless charging but the gray does not. I learned my lesson about paying attention to details and not making assumptions. Still a great vacuum just a pain to unplug and plug every time I use it. I kept the stand from the white vacuum to hold it upright and hold the accessory tools.
