i bought 2 wifi enabled mouse traps. I have spent hours trying to get the traps to connect to the wifi. The app makes it seem easy, except it just continusly loads after you click the trap name on the phone. Never even gives the option to select a network to connect to. This is a very poor designed app. Should not be rocket science to connect an app to wifi. used the traps last two days. bait is gone and no dead mice. trap doesnt even work.

Lost connection on two traps. I've had going for a good solid year. Went to reset the Wi-Fi only to discover I can no longer get them to connect. It was a mess years ago in the app trying to get these to work properly now it's even worse. Helped a neighbor set two up recently and he had the same issue I thought it was his phone because on the new traps I could provision his traps on my account but couldn't when I logged into his account on my phone.

Like everyone else I had a few issues connecting the app to wifi. The trap armed and caught a mouse within 12 hours and I got the alert. When I went to rearm and use it again it stopped working. Ive changed the batteries, reconnected everything with no success. The light will blink a few times but the app is not very responsive. I imagine a more user friendly app is in development. There should be a "ping my trap" button that sends back a signal all is well: Trap is armed, battery is x percent
