Budget Friendly Grinder…High End Quality
I’ve been using the cheaper manual grinder with ceramic burr for about 4 years now. I decided it was time for an upgrade. Looking back I should’ve got this grinder a long time ago. Build is amazing. Solid metal and a good weight makes it feel like a premium grinder. I use a French press so the adjustment is easy to set up with clear clicks to know where you are set up. Capacity is just under 30g. Most beans I can get 27-29grams but 30g seems to be just a little to much. That’s my only complaint being that I used to brew with 30g but I just simply adjusted my brew ratio. As for the grinding. SPEED! This thing rips through beans fast! Takes about 35-45 seconds to grind 28-29grams. So much faster then my old grinder. The process feel super smooth and sturdy. The texture finish is easy to grip too. Grinds come out very consistent! I was extremely impressed with this grinder. Came with a cleaning brush and travel bag. Only things I would change would be a slightly bigger capacity (so I can easily do 30g) and a collapsible handle (time more does have those on other models just more money) overall this is the perfect grinder for new home brewers to veterans that are price motivated but want a grinder that can compete with the 150-200 price range.
