Don’t waste your money
Talk about buyers remorse I don’t even know where to start. The turntable is well better than the red needle type so I bought this thinking with all the hype It must be a decent turntable but I was wrong.Let’s start with the turntable. The cartridge, there is no information anywhere, they market it as an audiophile type cartridge but it surely didn’t track or sound it not to mention the horrible stylus. To make matters worse the turntable does hold its speed correctly it runs on the slow side and there is no pitch control. There is a rocker switch on the back for speed control which is super awkward.Now let’s move on to the speakers. The built in speakers are horrible and to make it worse there is no bass or tone adjustments. The saving grace for sound is the included subwoofer.Then the remote control is so simple and featureless that it leaves you to think for whom was this designed for? So to play devils advocate I changed out the cartridge and although the sound was better but the speakers didn’t help save its grace. So I then connected via the Bluetooth and output and go better sound, 🤬 anyhow For the money you can definitely get something better. I will sell this one and buy something that lives up to its marketing.

Es una pieza extraordinaria con un defecto, el cartucho VPC-190, no le brinda el sonido Hi-fi que un tocadiscos actual requiere pero le da un toque vintage (debido a la compresión del cartucho). Es algo que realmente se solucionaría cambiándolo por otro con mejor desarrollo (y sobre todo no se puede cambiar solamente la aguja si no TODO el cartucho, por lo que puedes comprar uno de audio técnica y con ello reemplazar únicamente la aguja para futuro)
Si lo compras a su precio real (Superior a +500 dlls, mi recomendación es que compres un equipo de sonido, los de Logitech son buenos por el precio; y un tocadiscos de audio técnica o de mejor desempeño
Ya que con ello tendrás una mayor fidelidad y mayor sonido envolvente, ya que aunque sea stereo las bocinas no tienen la distancia suficiente para ser envolventes, aunque cuentas con la ventaja del subwoofer; pero nuevamente repito, si es en oferta es tu mejor opción, por que con las mejoras adecuadas tendrás una gran pieza con un toque elegante, “vintage” y chic.
La segunda unidad es un SUBWOOFER, Que únicamente brinda refuerzo en los graves que eso le da mayor calidad.
Realmente las instituciones no son muy intuitivas por lo que les recomendaría ver videos sobre cómo calibrar la aguja de un tornamesa/tocadiscos, mi recomendación después de llegar a un punto de equilibrio es darle una vuelta completa y dejarlo en 0.25 (obvio después de desplazar el 0 al punto donde vean que con el peso la aguja está paralelo a la base)
Es completamente sencillo y victrola brinda un gran producto, realmente si es su primer tocadiscos deberían tener mayor información por que podrían hasta romper la aguja, lo que les recomiendo es ver videos.
Colocar el plato es sencillo, solo es tirar de la goma y colocarlo en el segundo motor.
