The color is not same as picture which is tan. The true color is taupe. But I wanted neutral so ok for me. Now quality, you could get a $25 toaster made just as well but again I am going for looks. I also bought the electric kettle and they look great on counter. The Kettle has small scratch and a tiny dent. They were both packaged very well. If they scratch easily I will be returning. It burns on number 2. On number 1 burns 1 side and other side very light. Okay sending back to vminnovations. Hoping this one was a dud and ordered a new one.
