Found wireless remote floating in a puddle, no alarm sent
It's got one job -- ONE JOB!But floating in a puddle but not sending an alarm is not it. In service less than 6 months and it didn't catch water seeping into the basement from a blocked gutter drain. When I moved the plugin base station over to the puddle, that worked and sent an alarm to the app. But no alarm to the app that the wireless sensor was offline, no alarm that it was wet, nothing. Silent failure is worse kind of default.
