Just got it, my feet hurt from long walks, usually takes a day for the pain to go away normally, but just used this device for a few minutes, and the pain is gone!
Can't believe I never heard of these things before. Even my foot specialist didn't mention it.
Completely silent, it's very quiet, well made, easy to use, not junk. We'll see over time if the battery is any good, but so far, it's easily worth the money. I'll update later after battery life can be determined.

Most important purchase this year..
First off, this is not my first massage gun. I’ve tried more economical versions made by other companies and to literally no one’s surprise, they pale by comparison- the old adage, “you get what you pay for” definitely rings true in this instance.More important to those considering this device is the relief it provides- I’m an older athlete and with each year passing my body hurts as if that’s its true mission. Shoulders, neck, traps, back, hamstrings etc…. Theragun relief does just that, relieves the pain, loosens sore spots and helps me continue forward.. I would recommend this to anyone who trains or plays a sport requiring mobility-

The device for massaging is small and easy to use. It has various attachments that you can change out to make vibrations more gentle/broad or smaller and targeted it. You can speed it up and use it manually or follow along with the app. I find that it is powerful enough for me to use and I like how small it is since I have smaller hands. It is a great mini massage gun and I find it easy to reach most points, especially when I follow with the app to show me.
There is a sensor on the device where you can put your finger over it to measure your heart rate. You can do a short breathing session right from the device for 2 minutes. It shows you on the screen when to inhale and exhale or you can notice the vibration types and follow along without having to look.
The app is so nice and one of my favourite things about it. It has a session for just about everything you can think of from pre and post workouts, sitting breaks, winding down for bed/relaxation sessions. So many things to help reduce knots and tension in your muscles to get you moving easier and recovering faster. It is just great. The highlight for me is the sessions for breathing which help calm me down and it has nice sounds to go with it. Very easy to follow along.
I think my favourite out of all, which I have never seen done before is holding it to your chest so that your heart rate gets in sync with the rate the device is "beating" at. I have slowed my heart rate down to 60 just last night before bed. It is really helpful for me to wind down or focus.
I highly recommend this. It is great for helping you get ready for almost every exercise routine or recover from it, plus get you into a relaxed state. Not just for an athlete, but for someone who needs a bit less stress and tension in their lives.

The pros: well made and durable feeling. It's solid construction and definitely doesn't feel cheap. The ends are all useful and target different body parts and pains. The handle is comfortable to hold and you get a good grip on it. The battery lasts a good long time for such a small battery.
The cons: the app. I don't find I need it at all. The price.... Holy Moses this thing is expensive. I have a massage gun that was less than half the price and massages me just as well. I would never pay this astronomical price. There are many models on Amazon that will do the trick, they just don't have the app feature.
Overall it's a good massager, if the price point doesn't scare you away.
