Great concept but doesn't work well

Great concept but doesn't work well
The concept is fantastic but the little narwhal gets lost if there is the slightest difference where the path pieces meet. The pieces are not manufactured consistently enough and don't make up cleanly. Luckily my daughter thinks it's funny when it gets lost and puts it back on, but this could be very frustrating for other kids and turn them off from playing with it. I'd happily pay $10 more for a better printed set of pieces.Tip: use the back with just plain white and black for best results

Bought this for a scout meeting to talk about how to program robots. Was a big hit with my 5-6 year olds! And it’s not a fun game at home with my kids.

I’m always skeptical of coding tools that will actually teach a young child anything. This one is an exception. It’s a fun toy all by itself, and really does help learn early coding in sort of a covert way. My 4yo has played with this nearly every day for two weeks.

This one specifically was a gift to a cousin. My son received one as a gift and initially really liked it. It held is attention for a little while but we were having difficulty using the make your own track side and due to not having a lot of tile tracks he got bored with it. I bought another to use with it, but again, it was short lived. Maybe I'm missing it but if it came with more tile tracks or the ability to buy more without additional characters I could see the unlimited possibilities and it may hold his interest longer. My son probably hasn't touched it in about a year.

Cute little toy that follows a track that you can change. Our granddaughter loved changing the track layout and watching the toy follow.

So my child had played with this product previously and loved it, which is why this is not a one star review. The toy is easy enough for a 3 year old to put together and brings a lot of joy.

The one I purchased, however, was defective and I didn't find out until the return window had passed. Only one of the wheels turns and it emits a high pitched sound when on. I contacted the company on their website as I had purchased quite a few of their products for my kids for Christmas and was quite happy with them, and told them the issue. I gave it a week with no response back before I gave up.

Disappointed in the company, a shame because I am in charge of purchasing large amounts of educational toys for my company and will hesitate to do so now from this brand.

I had a 4, 7 and 10 year old play with it and they were all entrieged. Even the 4 yo liked that he could rearrange and the track and make it change course. We drew lines on paper and it followed that too! Solid durable toy that kids of all ages like.

Es muy útil para ayudar a los niños a manejar la paciencia y reducir la ansiedad de hacer las cosas rápidas, el ayudarles a comprender que todo va a su tiempo. Además de que te sorprende que un juguete que parece sencillo no lo es en realidad

When I first opened it I was worried my 4 year old would get bored quickly. She enjoyed making the jigsaw course. We then did an experiment of doing out own course. We had to do a very thick line to make it work but it followed our course as well. Very pleased with this simple toy.
