Both users already have separate account with different email addresses, however the problem still exists as stated below. The monitor is ok, but sometimes it is inconsistent. The biggest problem is the data for 2 users isn't separated in the history on the app. All recordings are synced together making it impossible to share individual data with your doctors.

This is a very good app and blood pressure measurement device. However, some menu item seem a little unresponsive because, it turns out, they will not respond to a long press only to a quick tap. After a year this app lost all of my records, which were apparently not transferred to a new phone along with the app, and it no longer connects with the BPM. It turns out that records are stored on the server as well as on phone, and registration is now required. Bluetooth re-pairing is required .

Received as a present this week, tried syncing it to my Note 9 and my wife's Galaxy S9 (both have the latest firmware and sync flawlessly with other BT devices). The app wouldn't sync with the device on either phone. Cuff works great and we've manually tracked our BP data this week, but it's supposed to have Bluetooth capability and apparently doesn't work on all phones, even the most popular ones.

One think you can check is your location services. There are two that have to be on. First, the overall location services on the phone. Then, make sure the location permission is turned on for the Balance Health app (also in the phone settings).
